Icewing bit her tongue, biting back one of her usual sharp retorts.

Rocketrage rolled his eyes at Feralclaw. "I doubt you could kill me alone." he mumbled indignantly. He padded to the corner of the camp and climbed into the tree. He tore up some bark with his claws and used leaves and moss as a soft nest between the branches. He sat down with a sigh.

Dreampaw padded alongside Icewing, not knowing that this cat had always had a particular aversion to kits and apprentices that were not her own. "Hi! I'm Dreampaw!" she chirped happily. "Rogueheart's my mother, and Owlcomet's my father! I've heard stories about you, and how you saved your son from the vampires twice, only to fail the last time and go with him to the camp!" she said cheerily.

Icewing growled. She glared at Dreampaw, silencing her. "Forget it." she hissed. "I'm a vampire now with a new history, so you can just scurry away and begone." she said.

Dreampaw shrugged and padded away, unphased.

Featherstorm growled from the warriors den, her yellow eyes glaring at Icewing. "Leave my apprentice alone" she snapped.

Icewing rolled her eyes. "And who are you to think that an untrained vampire could threaten me?"

"Untrained?!" Featherstorm hissed, her fur fluffing angrily. "I'll have you know that I was apprenticed by the great Sacredstar herself!"

Icewing rolled her eyes. "When you were a warrior, you know nothing as a vampire. How to use your newfound strength to your advantage, how to track the weakest prey... Rogueheart probably only tought you to control yourself around your clanmates."

Featherstorm was silent.

Feralclaw growled and stalked back to the nursery, laying down with his kits to keep them warm.

Rouge growled. "Go away Dreampaw. I'll talk to you later." She muttered, Aand then whipped around when Featehrstorm started speaking. rougeheart stepped between them and let out a Deafeniong yowl, muscles tensed. "Featherstorm, leave her alone." She growled. And then turned to Icewing, an equally angry look on her face. "And you. You need to learn how to act around kits! to not insult other Cats! Is this your clan? Are you the leader? Huh? Huh?!" She snarled. She had grown much bigger since an apprentice, andl ittle bigger then Icewing. This, plus her flaring wings and bloodthirsty voice made her pretty Scary. She growled. "I don't want to be mad at you, Icewing. But I'm irritated. At both of you. Featjerstporm has no Experience, Yet. But she is far stronger than most any Vampire. At least she has self control. Now follow me." She hissed, baring her Fangs, of which she had sharpened on a tree earlier. He turned around, but turned back. "I don't want to be mad at you. I am not your Enemy, I just wish you remembered a little of the code. Your love for  kits, especially Bearpaw. but I must talk to you." She narrowed her eyes at Featherstorm. "Privately."

Icewing hissed. "And are you the leader?" she snapped. "No." Her tail lashed and her wings sub-consciously flared. "You don't scare me Rougepaw so stop trying. I will not talk to you in private, you can say whatever you want here." She turned around and sat down, folding her wings and curling her tail around one to touch her paws. "Rocketrage" she called. He came down immediatly, nuzzling his real clanmate before facing her, ignoring any other cat. Icewing sighed. "You were right, it was a mistake coming here." she said.

Rocketrage sighed in relief. "Thank you." he said, closing his eyes.

"For what?" Icewing asked, puzzled.

"For admitting you were wrong, and giving me an excuse to get out of here." Rocketrage said.

Featherstorm padded out to her brother and Icewing, sadness and longing in her gaze. "You're actually leaving? Because of her?" She asked sadly, flicking her tail at Rogueheart.

"No." Icewing said. "She has only confirmed our suspicions. We can never be trusted here."

"I don't know how it works in Bloodclan, but here, trust is earned." Featherstorm said.

"Well Bloodclan cats don't go out doing silly patrols just to please everyone else." Icewing said. "Trust is simply given to other clanmates."

Featherstorm frowned. "Don't leave."

"I'm sorry Featherstorm" Rocketrage said. "We cannot remain."

"Then take me with you, I'm sorry for being so mean to you both in the past." Featherstorm said.

"No!" Lightwave wailed, sitting outside the nursery, her kits squealing as they played tag around her. "Featherstorm! I need my kits to know you!"

"No you don't Lightwave, you want that." Featherstorm replied. "For once, it'd be nice to know my own brother."

Owlcomet sat next to Lightwave, nosing her affectionately. "Go back into the nursery." he pleaded. Lightwave turned and sadly proceeded into the nursery. He loked at Featherstorm. "I know you'll come back." he said.

Featherstorm dipped her head to her brother. "I love you all," she  looked up to the camp. "But I'm going. For adventure."

Rocketrage smiled and licked his sister behind the ear. "Let's go then, we'll go to the barn by the new Rockclan"

"Featherstorm!" Rougeheart wailed. "You can't leave with... with.... With Him!" She wailed desperately. "He's tried to kill you at least three times! you want to live with him?!" She yowled, tears building at her eyes.

Feralclaw nudged Lightwave back into the nursery and comforted her.

Meanwhile, tulippaw hid on top of a tree in camp, listening in on them. She gasped and climbed down, then running with little raspy mews to call together her siblings. She circled around then behind the Tree, waiting for them so she could tell them the news.

Featherstorm growled in annoyance. "He is my brother Rogueheart" she snapped. "He has not tryed to kill me, he has tried to kill Owlcomet, and he only did that because he knew it would get to you." Featherstorm growled again. "And it is not your choice to make. I will go where I please, when I please, and there's not a thing you can do about it!" Featherstorm's tail lashed and she sat down in between Icewing and Rocketrage. "We are leaving now."

They all stood up at the same time. "We will meet again Rogueheart" Rocketrage snarled, and without another word or sound, he followed the others into the undergrowth and leaves, racing towards Rockclan territory, where the barn lay empty and abandoned.

Dreampaw perked her ears at the sound of Tulippaw. "Are you hurt?" she asked, approaching the tree where she paced.

Minkpaw emerged from the camp behind Dreampaw. "What is it Tulippaw?" he asked, somewhat annoyed.

Moonpaw, the adopted sister, padded around the tree with a mouthful of herbs she had been gathering for Applesong. She looked at Tulippaw expectantly. "Littlepaw is still resting in the medicine cat's den, I'll relay the information to him later."

Rougeheart wailed and flipped her head back to starclan. "She's Gone!" She yowled and continued her long, wailing meows. She slumped away to a dark corner of camp.

Tulippaw smiled that they all appeared. "Featherstorm has left camp. Our mother is so upset...." She said, lowering her head. "But I have a plan." She smiled mischeviously. "After everyone goes to sleep, I'll come and wake all of you up. Then we leave for Rockclan. We'll convince Featherstorm to come back!" She meowed and grinned.

((Is It okay if she starts growing like, tiny wings? She can't fly with them, but they'd just be there, since rougeheart is a vamp.))

Dreampaw's eyes glittered nervously. "Featherstorm was my mentor though..." she said, biting her tongue"

Minkpaw smiled. "I'm starting to like you more and more Tulippaw!" he purred. "I can't wait."

Moonpaw's tail twitched. "You guys, we can't do this" she said. "I know our mother is sad, after all, they were kind of like sisters, but we have to think this through. You saw what Rockclan did to Littlepaw, he almost died. If we got caught in their territory..." Moonpaw trailed off.

"Oh come on Moonpaw." Minkpaw said, rolling his eyes. "You aren't going to come because you're a chicken, no better then the naked end of a rat's tail"

"Be a little more mature Minkpaw" Moonpaw snapped. "Is name-calling really necessary?"

"You're just jealous." Minkpaw said.

Moonpaw snorted. "Why in the name of Starclan would I ever be jealous of you?"

"Because everyone knows Rogueheart loves all of us more than you." Minkpaw said.

"That's enough!" Dreampaw hissed. "It's no big deal if Moonpaw doesn't want to come." Dreampaw said. She looked at Moonpaw. "You won't tell on us will you?"

Moonpaw sighed. "I suppose not, but can't I at least tell Applesong, so that she knows where you are if you don't come back?"

"I guess it's alright." Dreampaw answered.

"Are you sure you want to do this Tulippaw?" Minkpaw asked. "Serpentbreeze will be upset with you, and she'd be devestated if we were attacked like Littlepaw"

Owlcomet sank into the dark corner next to Rogueheart. "It'll be alright love." he promised. "You still have Lightwave and her kits, and Feralclaw and me. Don't forget about all of our kits as well."

Tulippaw hissed and came over, swatting at Minkpaw with unsceathed claws. "Stop it! She's our sister!" She growled and licked Moonpaw. "Should we tell Littlepaw?" She asked and tilted her head.

Littlepaw had just woken up from a long nap, Ears twitching weakly. "How long will I be here?" He whispered to himself and sighed, laying his head down.

Rougeheart closed her eyes tightly. "But She's with Rocketrage..... He only took her because she was a vampire now." She whispered and leaned on him.

Minkpaw hissed as her claw slashed his skin, drawing blood from three long gashes in his face. He nearly quivered with rage. He rose his paw, and with all the strength he had in his body, he scratched her in return, right across the face with claws unsheathed. "She is not our sister, and niether should you be." he hissed.

Dreampaw yowled and stepped between the pair before things got ugly. "I can't believe you actually hurt him Tulippaw!" she wailed. "He wasn't doing anything to you!" She hissed. "She glared at Minkpaw. "Striking back didn't help any either." she said angrily. "You should both be glad that I don't run and tell your mentors right now!"

Minkpaw laid his ears back and growled softly in annoyance. Dreampaw was the oldest...

Moonpaw sat down timidly, swishing her tail. "I don't think that we should tell Littlepaw. He would want to come and hurt himself more. That, or he would tell on us to Hornetwing, and that's the last thing we want right now."

"Yes, I know" Owlcomet said softly. "But he's also my brother, he'll take care of her." He pricked his ears, hearing a yowl in the distance. "Is that Deampaw?" he asked, his heart fluttering in worry.

Rougeheart sighed. "If you trust him..." She said. her ears pricked also. "Couldn't have been. They are doing training."

Tulippaw flinched back at the insult and didn't listen to Dreampaw and continued the fight, but Verbally. "I can't Believe how mean you are to her! Just because she was adopted dosen't mean She isn't our sister! How would you like it if I calld you useless and should never have been a sister! Your a low-down, Stupid skunk-bag that dosen't have anything better to do then insult people and act like your perfect!" She snarled at him, then glanced at Moonpaw. Seeing her horrified ex
pression at their brawl, she slunk backwards with her head down. Her ears were flattend and she looked Ashamed. "Everyone is equal. There is no reason to fight." She whispered, her tail drooping.

Minkpaw chuckled softly as Tulippaw went on her rant, near the end, he burst out laughing. "First of all, I'm not a sister. Second of all, I don't give a rat's tail whether I'm you're brother or not. Finally," Minkpaw's voice dropped low, though still holding back a laugh. "I don't even want to be your brother."

Dreampaw growled. "That is it you two. I'm getting mom." Dreampaw let out a loud yowl, able to be heard across camp. "Rogueheart!"

Moonpaw growled in annoyance. Dreampaw has always been such a snitch. "I'm going to go, I don't want to be affiliated with you." she said. She glared at all three cats. "Any of you" She bounded away towards camp, avoiding the path her parents would take, rushing towards Dreampaw, instead heading straight to the medicine cat's den.

"Is everything all right?" Applesong asked as she came in.

"Peachy" Moonpaw mumbled, curling up in the nest beside Littlepaw's and closing her eyes.

Owlcomet's heart raced even faster. "That's our que, Dreampaw's in trouble!" Without waiting for a reply, he raced towards his daughters and son.

Tulippaw Snarled and bristled her tail. "Snitch." She muttered at Dreampaw and then she sat back down, looking calm as ever. "Go ahead."

Rougeheart Yowled and bolted after Owlcomet. Sh found the three behind a large oak. "What's going on, Dreampaw?"

Littlepaw blinked sleepily and purred at Moonpaw. "What's wrong?" He croaked quietly.

Dreampaw growled. "Minkpaw and Tulippaw are arguing over Moonpaw."

Minkpaw rolled his eyes.

Owlcomet sighed. "Here I was thinking you all were more mature than that." he said. He sat down. "Warriors respect all other cats, siblings or not." He looked at Minkpaw and Tulippaw. "Warriors don't use childish names either"

"Last I checked, I wasn't a warrior." Minkpaw said.

Owlcomet growled. "Well you're not a kit!" he snapped. He looked at the blood streaking down his son's face. He looked at Tulippaw's face, not as bad, but not healthy nonetheless. "You two should be ashamed of yourselves" he spat. "Go to Applesong." he ordered. "I'm telling Sacredstar." He looked at Rogueheart. "Let's go back to camp."
