Scarstar nodded slowly. "Cloudclan wasn't too accepting of my clan." He said, eyeing her warily. "But we won't judge you on what clan you come from, Will we?" He chuckled. "So, I am guessing you cats would like to become Warriors?"

"Warriors is a debatable term" Rocketrage said. "I don't exactly want to be a warrior, I want to stay here until I can turn enough other cats into vampires so I can re-build Bloodclan."

Icewing sighed. At least he was honest. 

Rocketrage bristled. "I will if I want to old fox" He hissed. "You're lucky I wasn't planning to, your bunch is too scrawny." Rocketrage scented the air. "But your queen's kits might be healthy enough." he said.

Adderstorm growled. "You keep your paws off of my mother!" he meowed.

Rocketrage stared Adderstorm in the face. "Have you no sense of humor?" he purred, light heartedly.

Adderstorm's fur flattened a little, but not much. 

Scarstar looked surprised by the cats willingness. "You must hunt for the clan, Too." He replied, but nodded. "Very well. Unlike Cloudclan, We do not have fancy dens. We nest in holes and trees, in root caves and the like. The only den we have is for Queens." He replied, then turned to The crowd of cats behind him, motioning for them to come forward and introduce temselves.

Ravenwing looked annoyed that Scarstar accepted the vampires, and hissed at them, ears flattening. Although, Leader's orders were leader's order. "I am a Warrior and my name is Ravenwing. This is my mother, Gingerstorm." She growled, still baring her teeth.

"You have misunderstood Scarstar" Rocketrage said. "The three of us will only produce one prey each day, we all will go hunting together and only bring back one. Got it?"

Icewing's tail swished. She approached Ravenwing. "My name is Icewing." she said, trying to be a little friendly at least. 

Scarstar Narrowed his eyes. His vampire was hard to persuade, but with the defense of three Vampires, it would have to do. Scarstar said nothing and turned around, stepping away to climb up his tree and into his den.

Ravenwing's pitch black fur instantly spiked when Icewing came near and she bared her teeth, but the cat's greeting was surprisingly unthreatening. She flattend her fur and looked to the ground, then to Icewing. "It's a pleasure to meet you, and An Honor to have vampire protecting our clan." She meowed quietly. Her tail still flicked nervously, but she figured it would be nice to get on Icewing's good side, if possible.

"It's been a long time since I've been anywhere near clan life" Icewing said "I was hoping you could give me a tour of the camp" Icewing paused. "And to advice me on places to avoid"

Rocketrage's tail twitched. "I'll take that as a yes" he said softly. 

"That'd be great" Icewing said. "Cloudclan won't know what hit them when they see where we are. Maybe I can teach you about vampires as well."

Rocketrage examined the camp without speaking. He noticed a large tree, very healthy, its leaves only just beginning to turn yellow while others were already bare. He jumped up on the lowest branch, to test its durability, which was pretty good. He scraped his claws upon the wood of the trunk, deciding that it was mostly hollow; or at least hollow enough to bust through. He scratched harder with his claws and opened up to tree, hollow all the way to the ground, likely below as well. He carefully examined it. If any cat jumped in, it would be near impossible to climb out, the wood on the inside was so smooth. And the space was so cramped that Icewing would not be able to fly. So he abandoned the tree and decided a burrow would be nicer. With Featherstorm's help, he tore out a deeply rooted sapling and cleared away the loose dirt. Now it was just a muddy indent in the earth. Unsatisfied, Rocketrage dug the hole wider, and cleverly stood up pieces of driftwood he had found by the river to hold a flat stone that Featherstorm had helped carry. There would be enough room for the three vampires to take shelter, plus another cat if they ever decided to bring home dinner. He laughed softly. He doubted that anyone would like it if he brought dinner back.

Ravenwing nodded slowly. "Well, It's alot better then where I used to live..." She then stopped and her ear twitched when the part about Vampires and doubling Territory. "Well, I have to tell you something. When I was a kit, One of my best friends got killed by Vampires. That memory still haunts me." She then ruffled her fur near a scar that was indeed left by a vampire. "Rocketrage I don't trust in a heartbeat. He's too out of control to fully trust. I'm sure you do, because you most likely grew up with him, so don't take in personally. I was never fond of vampires, and even more so when that incident happend. Though, You seem.... Different. More in control." She nodded. "And I think that is a good plan, you sohuld run it over with Scarstar. It would be best to do it tomorrow, though. If he is disturbed while he thinks, that could mean a very angry leader. I think Scarstar will be pleased."

Ravenwing got lost in thought about Her last reply. "Sometimes I wonder what it's like..." She mumbled, closingg her eyes and spiralling into a memory. She was tumbling happily around a garden. She was a chubby kit, Not sure where her mother was. Either way, she was playing happily with a marmalade kitten, tumbling and play-fighting. Then something covered the sun, and a collection of cats with fangs and wings landed before them. The little black kit shook in fear, while the other tried to run yelling for her mother. But the vampires quickly whipped forwward and trapped the Orange kit, one grabbing it's scruff. Then they all flew away. Her eyes shot open and a shiver ran across her body, Eyes full of fear. She then realized that she was back in the forest, Icewing next to her. She shook her head to try to get a grip, then shakily turned. "Yes...." She mumbled and started back toward camp.

((I might bring the marmalade kitten, her mom, and possibly a kit or two in of hers. Would that be alright?))

Icewing trotted beside Ravenwing until they got back to camp, heading over to Rocketrage. "What's this?" she chuckled, looking at the little den he had made with Featherstorm. "This is a lot of effort for cats who need no sleep."

"In case you haven't noticed, This camp hasn't got any protection against the sun. When it's light out, Featherstorm and I will be in this, and at night, you will." Rocketrage answered.

"Oh, yes, of course" Icewing said. what had gotten into her today. "Rockclan has more hazards in their territory than Bloodclan and Cloudclan combined, it's like they just took the scraps of territory we all didn't want."

"Well, that's what they did do." Featherstorm pointed out. "Cloudclan doesn't even recognize them as a clan, they surely weren't about to give up any territory."

"What exactly are we talking about with these 'hazards'?" Rocketrage asked.

"There is a dog pack to the north, they'll be easy to drive out with little bloodshed, and then a large set of badgers in the east, and a pond guarded by twolegs in the west." Icewing reported. "We only need a few cats from this clan to scare off the dogs, they'r so dumb they'd think all cats are as strong as us as long as one of the vampires kicks their butt, and with the badgers, we'll just have to be careful and clever."

"Sounds good. There's not much we can do about the twolegs, though, is there?" Rocketrage said.

"Not for the time beings, but Scarstar will be pleased to know that simply getting rid of the dogs and badgers doubles Rockclan territory." Icewing said.

Rocketrage's tail flicked. "Should we not take this oppertunity and ask for something in return?" he asked.

"What are you getting at?" Featherstorm said suspiciously.

"I get it" Icewing growled, her eyes wide. "We cannot make any of them a vampire, we're barely allowed here as it is." 

"I think Scarstar would disagree." Rocketrage said "Especially if he knew the benefits. Think about it you two, we double their territory, and put another vampire in the camp to help protect it."

"We'll have to ask." Featherstorm said.

"And we will. Wait for him to come to us" Rocketrage said.
