Icepaw whipped her head around to face Featherpaw, just before she was attacked by Roguepaw. She glared her down hard, her ice blue eyes as cold as they looked. Turning back around, she could see Bearpaw-scared out of his fur and eyes wide with horror. Now, he's seen his dad and his mom get bitten by vampires, and he would soon be next. While Bearpaw was frozen with fear, Icepaw trotted over and roughly grabbed him by the scruff, then headed back to the entrance of CloudClan camp. "Let's go!" She meowed with a mouthful of fur. "Make sure no one follows us!"

Duskswipe and Bristlefang both growled, lashing their tails side by side as they watched what went on. Only the apprentice were fighting now, because Icewing was probably dead! Duskswipe snarled fiercly, then charged out towards the vampires, knocking over Rocketpaw and giving him a good distance away from Featherpaw. "Leave her alone!" He hissed.

Rocketpaw swiped upwards with a hiss, catching the larger warrior off guard and rolling out of the way. He landed a nice scratch on his face and then lept away. The sun would come up soon. "Rouguepaw! Bearpaw is captured! Retreat!" he yowled at the top of his voice, willing her to fly out of the warrior's grasp as he ran. Despite all those bitter feelings he had towards her, he didn't really want her injured. Not only would Crowstar murder him, he would actually be sorry...

Owlpaw hissed and stalked over to Sacredstar. "Do you not care or something?! Bearpaw just got stolen, and Icewing is going to be a vampire tomorow afternoon!" he hissed, tail lashing. 

Sacredstar had her head down. "Starclan has decided this to be our fate. We had no chance fighting it." She said wlowly and slowly raised her head.

"Well, Buh-bye!" Rougepaw yowled and took flight off of Feather paw, landing and meeting up with Rocketpaw in the forest. "Good job, you guys." She said as she landed next to rocketpaw and Icepaw.

Owlpaw growled. "Not like you did anything to stop it." he hissed. "Icewing was the only she-cat warrior in the clan, and tomorrow she'll be a vampire. You could have sopped that. Do you not have nine lives that could have saved her? Bearpaw hadn't even been bitten all the way." h said. "When Featherpaw and Lightpaw are warriors, they'll be all that's left."

Applesong went outside and sat down next to Icewing. "Now is no time to regret what we have or have not done." she said calmly. "Sacredstar could not save them. Her lives would have been killed by the vampire's poison, and then we would be without a leader." she said. "Come, let us share tongues with Icewing for the last time, and send her into the forest to awaken into a vampire." she said, her voice heavy with sorrow. Icewing had been her only sister. Bearpaw her only nephew. Now, she would have no non-vampire relations."

Lightpaw limped out of the medicine cat, attempting a strong stance. "I have an idea." she said in a small voice. 

"Well, first of all, keeping her in camp puts us both in danger. She is a white cat, meaning she will burn in moonlight if we keep her. The Bloodclan camp has protection from that. In addition, vampires are often insane and uncontrollable when they first awaken, Icewing would likely kill us all." said Lightpaw. "Anyways, since we're loosing numbers drastically, I was thinking: maybe we could bring in kittypets to train as warriors? They give us numbers, and it doesn't matter if they die."

"Every life is sacred." said Applesong sternly. "And if a kittypet doesn't want to come, we can't make them. They chose their path."

"Most of them were born there though." said Lightpaw. 

"Yeah, thanks." Icepaw meowed, her tail held hair for she was happy about finally capturing Bearpaw. She then growled, as Bearpaw tried to get out of her grasp-twisting himself around as much as he could. "Stop moving!" Icepaw complained, agitated. "If I put you down, it's not like you're gonna get anywhere! It's you against 3 of us-you have no chance! So KNOCK IT OFF!"

"I don't care if I won't get anywhere-it'll slow you down! I hope all three of you burn and die!" Bearpaw argued angerily, though starting to get more scared as they walked closer and closer to BloodClan camp-where no sunlight or moonlight shone, and the leader and deputy of the Clan would be waiting.

Nightshade pricked her ears, leaning foward as she tried to hear as far as she could. "I think they're coming back." She murmered quietly to Crowstar.

Bristlefang was silent as he listened in on the conversation. "Sacredstar, are you sure you really want to go into BloodClan camp? You could die in there, and I'm not so sure the vampires are all that peaceful. They kill anything in sight! Just look at what they did to Icewing! You could be next if you go to the camp."

"Bristlefang's right. alk won't get you anywhere with those savages. We should just appoint Bristlefang leader the minute you leave camp." Applesong agreed.

Crowstar's ears perked and he met the three apprentices at the entrance of the camp. "Nicely done you three." he purred, staring at Bearpaw as they entered camp. "Very nice." He added. "Put him down, there's no escape now. We have to finish his bite so he's fit for tomorrow." He looked down the line of apprentices. "Rouguepaw, my my are you looking hungry after being unrested and unfed for a whole day straight. You finish the bite, and take about a pint of blood for yourself as well." he purred.

Rocketpaw dipped his head. "Tomorrow, we will not only have one new apprentice, but a new warrior as well. I fed off of Icewing and she didn't die, so she will be here." 

Icepaw grunted, then opened her mouth and let go of Bearpaw's scruff, spitting out the fur in her mouth.

Bearpaw stood up as quickly as he was dropped, and scaredly tried to back away from Roguepaw. He'd heard Crowstar's instructions, and certainly didn't want that, though he doubted he could get out of the camp without getting bitten by someone. They'd gotten his father, Rockbelly, his mother, Icewing, and now him.

Sacredstar nodded. "If you are so worried, you may come with. But we will not show one sign of Aggression. Understand?"

Rougepaw nodded. "Yes Crowstar." She meowed and narrowed her eyes at Bearpaw. As he tried to back away, she Leapt on him and bit his neck, sucking a bit of blood at Crowstar had advised. when she was finished, she pulled her teeth out and jumped off of him, staring at Bearpaw as she licked her lips.

Crowstar padded towards Bearpaw, licking the wounds as a sign of acceptance. "Welcome to Bloodclan Bearpaw, we eagerly await your awakening." he whispered.

Applesong rolled her eyes. "That's not what I meant, if you go, you'll be killed. It's simply a deathwish."

Lightpaw nodded vigorously. "Sacredstar please don't go! We need you now more than ever!" she whined. 

Applesong growled in frustration. "Idiot!" she yelled, loud enough for the whole camp to hear. She stormed into the medicine cat den.

Owlpaw growled at Sacredstar. What was his problem? The whole clan always trusted him. But this was plain stupid. He looked nervously out the entrance, as if a vampire were coming. No way they'd let him go to the vampire camp and come back alive...

((*cough* Sacredstar's a her *cough* xD))

Rougepaw Looked up. "Crowstar, May I be excused? I want to hunt for more fresh-kill, just in case we can't get any cats." Rougepaw asked and lowered her head in a bowing position, expecting a hard swipe on the nose for her question.

Sacredstar began to question her sanity as she slowly layed down with one of her catnip toys, it relaxing her. She put it away and sighed. Getting up, she walked to the camp entrance. "I remember Thunderclan, When the cats actually RESPECTED their leader's desicions!" She yowled, loud enough for Appelsong to hear, then continued walking out of camp. "I will not *censored*ign a new leader because I am confident I won't die, I do have 9 lives." She meowed. 'Only 7 left....' She thought.

"Sacredstar, you're wallking straight to your death!" Bristlefang growled loudly. "And ThunderClan did respect their leader-BECAUSE THEIR LEADER WASN'T INSANE!" He then stalked off to the other side of camp, his fur on end.

Bearpaw shreiked as Roguepaw pounced on him, digging her long fangs into his neck. He let out a helpless cry, then shut his mouth as his sight began to go fuzzy. As he fell to the ground, the last thing he saw was a blurry Crowstar, and then everything went black.
