Sacredstar endned up coming back a bit later, carrying fresh kill in her mouth. plopping it down, she scowled at the clan. "Can you not take a small joke once in awhile? I wouldn't abandon the clan." She growled and sat down.

((Yeah, it's getting annoying. Dx Where's Whatever?))

Applesong growled in frustration, but kept her cool. "In case you didn't notice, everyone else was bing serious." she said smoothly. She tuned everything anyone else might have said out and she gently took Icewing by the scruff and dragged her a safe distance from the camp. With a last lick to her clanmate's fur, she left back to her den.

Icewing groaned slightly, feeling cold. She felt strange... bigger. She felt stronger, and faster. But more importantly, she was hungry. Thirsty being the more accurate word. Her deep red eyes snapped open and her canines reached out of her mouth. Her white fur glimmered with softness... but on her back, the fur ended. Right in the middle of her back, a pair of skeletal wings adjusted in the breeze. She smiled. Yeah... this would be fun. Her old life came back to her, and all she remembered was Bearpaw- her son- being taken away. What better time to test her wings?

Bristlefang's fur was still...er...bristling, but he managed to keep his cool. "Alright, so who's up for a hunting patrol? There's no prey in the fresh-kill pile anymore."

Bearpaw coughed, though still asleep. He felt colder than before, yet warm at the same time. He groaned as his tail twitched. Even though he was asleep, he could feel himself beginning to awaken.

"Rocketpaw, Icepaw, you two can practice battling or something, you'll have to wait until later to hunt since the sun is about to come up." Nightshade meowed.

Rocketpaw nodded. Without warning, he lept onto Icepaw's back, pummeling it with his back paws. His claws were sheathed, but it would be good practice.

Lightpaw's tail shot up. "Could I go!" she asked Bristlefang. 

"Oof!" Icepaw managed to say as Rocketpaw unextectedly attacked her. She fell to the ground from Rocketpaw's weight on her, and growled as Rocketpaw was beating her. She shoved herself back up and twisted around until she the weight on her back go away. She quickly dashed foward and pretended to scratch at Rocketpaw's stomach, with her claws sheathed.

Bristlefang chuckled from Lightpaw's enthusiasm. "I don't see why not! Whitepath and...Owlpaw, you 2 can come along."

Rocketpaw rolled out of Icepaw's reach towards the tree cover, but was caught off guard when he was knocked over from behind. Now he was fighting for real.

Seeing this opportunity, Icewing lashed out at Rocketpaw, easily pinning him, now having a major advantage. Her red eyes gleamed madly in the light-less area. 

Crowstar's eyes narrowed when Icewing pelted out onto Rocketpaw. He sighed, seeing as there would be no way Rocketpaw would defeat a newly awakened vampire. He, however, had started young and strong, and then, as time went on, he gradually strengthened. He stepped in between Icewing and Rocketpaw- not easy to do- and shoved Rocketpaw backwards.

Icewing knew she had lost. Her eyes burned in fury and her new wings trembled from the scratches she had gotten. She smirked, trying to mask her fear. She was in the heart of Bloodclan camp. She caught sight of Bearpaw, and much of her anger dissolved. He was safe. Unconscious, yes, but safe.

Rocketpaw backed up, fur bristled beyond compare as he backed up next to Icepaw.

"Welcome to Bloodclan- I am Crowstar." Crowstar said, staying on guard, but appearing relaxed.

"Icewing" she breathed. "I'm Icewing" She couldn't take her eyes off of her son. She was worried about him...

Lightpaw purred and practically flew over to Owlpaw. "C'mon lazy-fur!" she said playfully.

Owlpaw chuckled. "I'm going, I'm going!" 

Nightshade padded over to Icewing, seeing her eyes stuck on Bearpaw. "Don't worry about him." She comforted. "He'll wake up soon."

"Whoa!" Icepaw exclaimed as she saw Icewing pop out. "You okay?" She asked Rocketpaw as he backed up.

Whitepath padded across the clearing and over to the group of cats. "I'm ready when you are." He meowed, grinning. "Alright then, let's go!" He heard Bristlefang say as he ran out of camp.

"He shouldn't even be 'asleep' or whatever you'd call it." Icewing said, her voice cracking.

Rocketpaw nodded. "Other than a few scratches I'm fine." he mumbled.

Owlpaw and Lightpaw raced after Whitepath. 

Rougepaw nodded to Crowstar and had barely dodged Icewing. "Whoa...." She mumbled and stared at her. Flicknig her tail, she sped out of camp. "I smell cats.... Surely I can take a bite out of one...." She mumbled, crouching and hiding in a bush, awaiting attack.
