Personality~ Others see him as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical, and always interesting; someone who's constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well-balanced not to let it go to his head. Though he doesn't speak a lot, it is mainly due to the trauma of watching his family struggle to live. He'll do anything to protect his younger sister, who he succeeded in rescueing from turning into a vampire shortly after he was turned.

History~ Masaru grew up in a poor family. He had a rather large family, having seven siblings. Being the third youngest child, he didn't recieve much attention. His older brothers frequently gave him crap, basically "ruining" his life. His older sisters always bossed him around, making him do crazy things for them, things like risking his life *ehem*shopping*cough*. When his younger siblings were born, he was given a break, for at least these people didn't always boss him around. Masaru had been lieing around, lounging on the floor (because his brothers knocked him off the couch) when the vampires attacked. Because of this, he was one of the first of the family the vampires reached. They slaugtered his brothers right before Masaru's eyes. Turning on him, they turned him into a vampire, before heading upstairs with their bloodthirsty eyes. When Masaru awoke,  he could hear screaming coming from his younger sublings' room. Rushing down the hall, past the room he shared with his brothers, past his sisters' room, which smelled like blood (he realized he could smeel blood, and it was nearly overpowering). Coming into his younger siblings' rooms, he found the youngest sibling killed, and his sister hiding under her covers. Pulling her away from the bed, they escaped, and now they're travelling together, she being Masaru's life now. (Wow, this was totally long~)

Other~ Masaru and his sister Akemi are always together. Masaru will protect her with his life.

Looks~

Personality~ Others see her as sensible, cautious, careful & practical, but not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, a result of her very shy nature.She loves her brother and relies on him for everything, still being too young to fend for herself. She acts younger than she really is, not really having had a good education do to her family's poorness.

History~ Read Masaru's. ^^

Other~ She is Masaru's only family left, as he is to her. Akemi follows her brother wherever he goes, thinking very high of him.
