Appearance in combat>>
Shikai>
On both hands, claw-like structures on all 5 fingers (similar to Suzumebachi) with blade-like thingies on it that is extendable to a length of 5 km (similar to Shinsou). Claw-like thingies on four fingers excluding the thumb are connected by a chain to one point each of an 8-pointed black star on a 1-inch wide bracelet. The other four points (opposite of the first four) are connected to long black and red ‘ribbons’ which are also extendable to an immeasurable length and are used for shooting and binding the opponent. The ribbons extending out from opposite both the index fingers wrap around my neck (like Byakuya’s scarf). There is also a black four pointed star on both my palms, connected by a similar metal chain to that of those of the claws to the metal bracelet. The star amplifies kidou strength making each cast 4 times more powerful with or without incantation.
Bankai>
In Bankai, the claws become significantly longer and sharper, and the blades also become longer. The finger-guards and the bracelet are connected together by solid metal plates instead of chains and the black and red ribbon becomes all red. The scarf around my neck turns red instead of black, and the recess behind is black instead of red. The four-pointed star on my palm becomes an eight pointed one like the one of the bracelet.
In Bankai state, I have white bat wings and a black tail (similar to Ulquiorra’s) with a silver blade at the tip.
My feet have structures similar to that of an eagle’s talons (or the structure on Hitsugaya’s feet when he uses Daiguren Hyourinmaru). I move around on those talons so my feet never touch the ground. The soles of my feet also have an eight-pointed star, but I can’t use kidou with my feet so it’s pretty much useless. The star is connected by metal plates to an anklet about 2 inches wide with a black eight-pointed star at the side (facing outwards). The talons are connected to the star in a slanting fashion and the remaining four points also have black and red ribbons attached to it with the same function as the ribbons on my hands.
Abilities>>
Shikai>
The ribbon can bind and restrict the opponent’s movements. The claws can be used to either ‘shoot’ the enemy to death or in mutual combat, whereby if I close my fingers and extend it to a suitable length I can form a blade. It can also be used in hand-to-hand combat, and close range stabbing/ripping/tearing. The four-pointed star is a kidou amplifier, whereby my kidou strength is four times more powerful.
Bankai>
The ribbon is now capable of binding, strangling, and manipulating the opponent’s movements like a puppet. The claws have the same function. The talons on my feet have the same function as my claws when I am suspended in mid-air when I’m flying. My wings are useful for flying to enable combat with my feet, and reflecting attacks back at the opponent. My tail can be used as a whip and the blade at the tip is similar to those on my fingers. The eight-pointed star is an even more powerful kidou amplifier whereby my kidou strength is eight times more powerful.

Solid released form>
Ketsueki Akuma can release himself as and when he likes. When he’s released he takes the form of a bat-like creature similar to a myotis. He has lightning-shaped horns, long pointed red ears, red eyes, white wings and a silver blade at the tip of his tail. He also has black bangs that cover his left eye. His feet are like eagle talons and his legs are as long as his body when stretched out. His hands resemble claws, which are also black and thin with blades about half as long as the claws themselves. When standing upright he is 1.2 metres tall, but usually likes to sit on shoulders with his tail wrapped around the person’s neck, putting the blade on his tail at the person’s neck when the person doesn’t do what he wants him to do. When not moving around he sits on his tail like tigger and his body very rarely touches the ground.
