Hakuhatsu sighed. With Calyx and the others gone, he was bored all over again. He thought of going back to Soul Society to visit Rukia, but he felt like he forgot something. While skimming through whatever he could remember in his head, he remembered Captain Hitsugaya, and wondered where he was.

Calyx moaned, lifting up an eyelid reluctantly to check her surroundngs. She opened the other. Where the heck was she? she wondered. Oh no, Kai! She got up, and as soon as she did, she regretted it. Pain shot through her body, making its way up to her head. She moaned again. She had to get out of here....

Hakuhatsu had long given up looking for Hitsugaya, especially after being jabbed in the stomach and bitten in the hand by a rabid dog. He didn't like the idea of risking another injury again.
With that thought, he headed back the The Soul Society, preparing for another grilling from the captain commander. He hoped he could get checked into 4th squad for at least an exaggerated hour before he went to look for yamajii to come up with excuses, then he remembered Unohana, sending shivers down his spine.
