Sablepaw fidgeted under Cougarfeather's gaze. How authoritive one could make their eyes! she lied smoothly, "I could smell the fish, Cougarfeather. It smells really strong and gross, so it was easy to tell where it was." Her eyes wandered to the water again.

Cougarfeather narrowed her eyes, she didnt believe Sablepaw. SHe turned her gaze to Feralwind who backed away. ___ "Uhh, I've gotta go. . ." he trailed off, thinking of things to do, "on a patrol with Moonsong and Wildheart!" "No you don't." Cougarfeather said, "they were returning when we left." "Ummmm." Feralwind stammered. Cougarfeather was mean! |

((Occasionally. o3o )) Sablepaw returned Cougarfeather's glare back. Her now-darker blue eyes met hers with extreme force. "Well nothing," she snapped at her mentor. "Take the truth or leave it." The fur along Sablepaw's spine started to raise in agitation.

"I don't know what colour my eyes are, so I have no clue about it," Sablepaw retaliated, "And can't a blind cat look anywhere? She may not see, but she can still know what she's looking at," Her claws unsheathed in fury, even though she wouldn't dare swipe at Cougarfeather. Her tail lashed angrily behind her, and now her fur was completely on end.

Sablepaw snarled, patience worn out, "I hardly see how this is any of your concern. Why don't you go chase after your own tail and leave me alone!" She spun around, facing where camp would be. "Goodbye," she hissed, stalking away into the undergrowth. She pinched her eyes shut so she could walk more comfortably.

"Cougarfeather can go chase her tail, for all I care!" Sablepaw hissed, claws digging into the ground as she sped up. She opened her eyes carefully. It didn't affect her walking as much.
