Sablekit stumbled out of the nursery, tail fluffed out and eyes wide. She sniffed the air in the camp for the first time, and squeaked in surprise. Oh, the new smells and sounds! How interesting! ((Sablekit is going to be blind. This okay? o_O ))

Wolfheart twitched in his sleep. He wasn't dreaming, he was having an nightmare. He rolled over, and continued to sleep.

Limefeather looked through her supplies carefully. It was time to see which berries and herbs needed to be disposed of. She sighed quietly to herself, and began sorting.

Ravenclaw stretched, and pushed his way out of camp. He was going hunting.

Ravenstar was lying down on her side, one paw over the other. She yawned, then got up and trotted over to Cougarfeather. "Mind starting a dawn patrol?" she asked.

Cobrafang breathed in the scents of the medicine cat den. The pungent herbs, faint traces of blood, and so on. He smiled, and began organizing his herbs. Then he relized that he was running out of dock. There was no medicine cat apprentice, so he simply trotted out to get some more.

Feralpaw lunged at Nightbird, cathing his mentor full in the chest.  He saw the startled ex
pression on Nightbird's face. Hah! Feralpaw thought smugly, I got you! Didn't see that one coming did ya? He leapt off his mentor, and planned his next move thoughtfully, circling.

Nightbird used Feralpaw's hesitaion to his advantage.  He slapped his apprentice across the muzzle with one paw, "Never hesitate!" he growled, "use EVERY advantage you get, dont plan, feel."  He flicked the brown tom on the ear with his tail when he saw Feralpaw's crestfallen ex
pression, "Don't worry, you are still great, not lets head to camp, im starving, and i need to speak to Blackstar." The two toms dashed for camp.

Snowdrift entered her den, carrying a mouthfull of herbs and purring to herself.  She set down her herbs, and walked outside into the sunshine, looking around her camp.  She saw Ravenclaw and her heart melted.  She forced herself to keep a straight face.  She was a medicine cat.  It was against her code.  He closed her eyes to drown out the sight of him, only to see it in her head. She hissed softly to herself.

Cougarfeather  entered camp with a mouthfull of prey.  Cougarfeather set hers down and sat on her haunches, looking at her nobody in particular she said, "I am so thankful Leafbare is over!" She soaked in the warmth of the sun. She looked at Ravenstar, "sure, who sould i take?"

Demonstar sat in the middle of her Camp, looking at her clan.  Blackblaze sat beside her.  The two sat in silence and looked over the camp, watching the warriors work.  Finally, Demonstar turned to Blackblaze, "take some cats on patrol, I'm going hunting with Wolfheart." The she-cat rose to her feet and walked into the warriors den and up to Wolfheart, prodding him awake with her paw, "would you like to him with me?" she asked, a slight purr in her voice.

Blackblaze padded up to Moonsong and Wildheart, "Lets go on patrol, we have to keep the other clans in line you know." he said with a devilish smirk.  THe three trotted out of camp and to the border they shared with FernClan. . . .

Wolfheart blinked himself awake and glanced at her. He chuckled, and nodded. "Where are we going?" he mewed as he stood up and shook teh moss out of his fur.

Ravenclaw dispatched the mouse quickly, and buried it. He listened for any more prey. then he caught her scent. He spun around, straightened out and mewed in greeting. "What are you doing out alone?" he asked the medicine cat apprentice.

Limefeather sniffed at the rocks that held her supplies. She was out of burdock root. She padded out of her den, and left the camp to search for some.

Sablekit tripped, and landed infront of some cat with an "Ooof!"

Demonstar shrugged, "anywhere but here." she laughed.

Wolfheart followed, pondering why the leader would rather go hunting with him, then her own deputy. He shrugged it off, and padded out of camp with her. He was in a great mood, which was rare for him.

Snowdrift took in a quick breath, "gathering herbs." She said quickly.  Her tail lashed and she strugled with words.

Demonstar padded to the edge of a small stream just outside the camp, taking a quick drink, she turned to Wolfheart, "I figured you would rather hunt than go on patrol, hunting is more fun." She said.  She perked her ears and listened for prey, tasting the air around her.

Ravenclaw nodded. "Need any help?" he asked her, licking his chest self-consciously.

Wolfheart stammered, "Uh, y-yeah, thanks." He dropped into a hunter's crouch, and started to draw slowly towards a mouse that was nibbling on a seed. Overhead a crow cawed, and the mouse dashed into the roots of the tree. Wolfheart sat up and growled, "Mousedung!"

Limefeather walked back into camp, mouth crammed with the bitter-tasting roots that were burdock. She nodded towards a warrior, and then walked into her den.

Sabelkit wandered out of the camp. She was curious. Even though she couldn't see where she was going, she could smell pretty well, and that way she wouldn't walk into things.

Snowdrift shrugged, "If you want to help, I need some catmint, I think i saw some growing by the lake, its near the BurnClan Border, some preotection might be helpful." she said with a wink.

Demonstar sighed, "Tough Luck, should we go and get some rabbits from FernClan territory?" SHe grinned mischieviously, "From what i heard, they are plump and slow."
