Plotteth:

  A strange mist has arisen in one of the forests near [insert city here].  All of the scientists in the entire world of Pokemon cannot find out why it is here or what it is, for it is not a normal type of mist.  It is made of some unkown substance and has been stable for over two months by now.  Not a single Pokemon dares to stray near it.  Many are wondering why, but the scientists know that it must be for some reason.  Humans feel no difference if they walk in it, but it seems the Pokemon might.
  One day, two Pokemon are seemingly dumb enough to venture into the mist... What happens next is unbelievable and extraordinary. They [you pick :P ]!  Two nearby trainers were standing by and saw the whole thing happen.  These trainers plan to capture the Pokemon.  It proves to be a challenge, but in the end, will they do it?  If they succeed, people will arise suspicions.  So they'll have to be secretive about things.
  Except how will that go with the whole 'win the gym battles' thing?  Being secretive about your most powerful Pokemon that is, actually, just your second Pokemon is going to be a hard task indeed.

...Ahmg, fail. xD;  You can pick which city and what happens to the Pokemon, but I was thinking they might turn into legendaries...?

Although I was thinking more along the lines of a whole new kind of Pokemon. :U Like, I have a dragon-type Eevee evolution I've been wanting to use ((Still don't have a color scheme for it. ><)) so maybe their DNA could alter and they become Pokemon that do not exist in the wild. Like, one of a kind.
