Holding her newly obtained tray of 5 pokeballs, her Totodile ball and Blue PokeDex, Mizu headed over to port and sat on the edge of the harbour as she finalised her equipment. " I can Finally star my Journy." She muttered to herself looking up to the blue sky, splattered with puffy white clouds, the ideal photo location. Opening the front zip to her messenger bag, she poured the tray of empty pokeballs into it, disposing of the tray in the centre of her bag; she would bin it at a later date. 

Throwing the ball into the air, the totodile formed from the red beam and bounded up and down. "Dile!" It croaked, as it spotted its new trainer. Mizu smirked. She took her pokedex and helt it up to the totodile.

After anylising it she got to her feet and wiped her chin with her thumb. "Huh. So your a girl hey?" The totodile croaked again before tackling Mizu's leg. "Lets keep that for battling shall we?" She remarked, crouching down. "Dile!" 

Mizu petted her totodile and removed dry pokemon food from her pocket, handing it to her, the totodile taking up the offer and grinnig, barring its teeth. "Lets call you Di."

Ichigo had entered and exited the lab within ten minuets. "Come on Serra!" He called to his new Treecko. The gra.ss pokemon darted after his trainner, a determined look in his eyes. "Treeecko." 

Ichigo laughed when he fell over, he had tripped over a cobble in the path. rolling onto his side, incapable of leaning on his back due to his rucksack he inspected his knee. He had torn his back jeans and was a bit annoyed but just laughed that off too. Serra stood at his head looking down at his trainner. "Co." He chirped, as he nudged Ichigo with his foot.

((Heh heh. If it suits you. Will wait for the other to post their intro's.))

Sarah grinned as she looked at each of the pokeballs that were lined up. She gripped her hands together, examining each of the pokemon that were left. Suddenly, a little green gal caught her eye. She pointed to it and smiled. "That one," She said softly, "Professor.... I want that one." A gleam of light caught in Sarah's eye as the professor reached for the Bulbasaur pokeball.

"Take good care of this one,"  She said to the excited girl, pressing the ball into her hands.

"Don't worry ma'am, I will," Sarah said, gently taking the ball from the professor's hand and into her own. She looked at the a.ssistant who was next to Hawthorn. "Are these for me?" She asked him as he presented her with five pokeballs and a pokedex. When he nodded, Sarah held back a squeal. "Oh thank you thank you thank you!" The girl said excitedly, hugging both the a.ssistant and the professor. She grabbed her things and ran out the door, instantly throwing the bulbasaur egg in the air. With a beam of red light, a Bulbasaur stood on the ground next to her. 

"Bulba," It said, looking up at the girl. Again, it croaked, "Bulba..saur!"

Sarah was delighted, estatic even. "Oh gosh, I don't even know what to call you little girl!" She said as she struggled to open her bag. She was too busy with the pokemon to notice where she was shoving her supplies. "Oh... I think I'll call you 'V', girly... It seems to fit you!" The girl nodded with approvement of the name. 

"Bulba," V said again, rubbing against the girl's legs. 

"I take it you like that name!" Sarah said with a grin. "Okay V, let's get goin'! I want to see how well you do in battle!"

"Oh gosh..." A boy mumbled to himself as he picked himself off the ground. "I should really work on balance or something," He muttered, slightly angrily. He picked up the pokeball that had dropped on the ground. The instant he touched it, there was a flash of red light and a Mudkip sat on the ground, looking at him curiously.

"Hey... Mudkip," The boy said with a small grin. "I'm Finnegan... But you can call me Finn. Oh... You can't call me anything. You're a  pokemon. Hah... I knew that!" The teen named Finn laughed nervously. He was making a bad impression with his first pokemon! How did he expect to become a great friend to all pokemon when they thought he was crazy?

"Kip?" The mudkip said, cocking it's head to the side as it looked at Finnegan.

"Kip... " Finn repeated, getting a small grin on his face. "I think that's what I'll call you... Kip!" The boy laughed, reaching out to the pokemon. Kip backed away from his hand, still a bit nervous around him. "Oh alright... Well, let's get goin'! I want to catch some friends for you!" He said with a grin; he got up and wiped the dirt off his jeans.

Ichigo Sniggered as he sat up, ruffling his droopy hair with some of it falling in his eyes. "So Serra, were to now?" He questioned the Treecko whom had hopped back as Ichigo sat up. Picking himself off the ground, the boy and his pokemon headed for Route 18.

Eventually, Ichigo was running after his treecko who seemed to be eager to get into battle. He had caused him to rush pas.sed sevearal trainers; a girl with a charmander, guy with a smug snivy, and hurdled over a mudkip infront of a lad. "Sorry mudkip!" He called back, his voice trailing away as his feet carried him furthur away from the town. "Serra... I'm.. all for... enthusiasm, but... Why are you running so fast?" He said inbetween breaths. Ichigo had always been a good runner, but even he though this was too much.

Slowing down until stationary, he rested his hands on his knees and panted, soon laughing once again. "You have some speed on you there buddy." He told the treecko, who had returned to his trainers side. "Treecko-tree." He cooed with a contented smile.

Mizu petted her Totodile once again as she munched on the pokemon food. She smirked as Di soon replaced the food with a pebble and then started throwing it to the ground. "Not the most innocent there are you."

"To-to?" Questioned Di, looking curiously at its trainer. Mizu rolled her eyes and stood up. Di would soon find out that Mizu spoke to herself often. Her smile fadded as her attention was drawn to fast paced footsteps. A blonde haired boy chasing a treecko had nearly crashed into another trainers pokemon. "Idiot." She muttered. "Come on Di, lets go see if they are alright." She told the totodile who had returned its attention to the pebble. 

"Are you alright there?" She asked the boy with the water type.

Mizu smiled when Finn said he was alright. " I'm Mizu, and personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with kip's name." She looked down at a pebble that had been thrown at her feet, then the totodile running after it. She knoelt down and picked up the pebble along with her totodile. who squirmed a bit before settling as it recived its pebble. "I went the same way with the name. I called this one here Di." She smirked, ignoring the pebble this time as it was dropped onto her shoe, or rather, thrown onto her shoe. 

reaching into her pocket she removed more dried pokemon food and handed a piece to Di as she started yanking at Mizu's sleve before bitting her arm. Mizu winced. "Well that was un-expected."  She muttered to herself.

Ichigo and Serra had already started battling with wild pokemon. they had come into contact with a spearow and two lillipup and raoming digglet. "Your speed helps you quite a bit there dont it?" Grinned Ichigo, handing Serra an oran berry from a bush.  Moments later the pair were shot at my several poisoned darts. "What the heck is that from?" shouted Ichigo, spinning to see a female Nidoran seemingly annoyed. "Nyyydaaa!" It squeeked, stomping its small feet on the ground.

"Tree-cko." Huffed Serra readying to await orders. "Now Serra, use Quick attack!" 

Sanae trotted into the forest, wanting to start training as soon as possible. Her Charmander seemed curious, poking and sniffing at the bushes. Sanae smiled in a friendly way at her Charmander, though he was too busy prodding a bush to take notice. A high-pitched squeal came from within the bush, causing Sanae to jump. Charmander looked excited, his small orange tail twitching in excitement. A Rattata shot out, trying to claw Sanae's Pokémon. 

"Alright, our first battle!" Sanae said, pointing at the Rattata. "Use Ember!" She commanded, but her Charmander gave her a look of confusion while dodging the Rattata's claws. Sanae scratched her head.

"...Huh. Looks like you don't know that move yet." She said, embarra-ssed. "Well, use Scratch!" Charmander growled and swiped at the Rattata, landing square on its head. The Rattata shrieked, but clawed at her Charmander. Sanae heard her Pokémon make a small yelp of pain. 

"Scratch again!" Charmander lashed out his arms again. This time, the Rattata let out a faint squeal and sank to the ground. "Yay, we defeated the Rattata!" Sanae said. Charmander seemed excited along with his owner, his eyes lit up despite the clawmarks on his body.

"Oh... You're hurt, aren't you?" Sanae asked, kneeling down and getting a small Potion out of her bag. Charmander looked at the potion, nosing it. Sanae smiled and drew it up to him.

"This will kinda hurt." She said, spraying the Potion on Charmander. He growled, trying to not jump around in pain. Instead, he watched in silent amazement as the scratch-marks slowly faded away, leaving him perfectly healthy.

"Charrr~" He churred like a bird, allowing Sanae to pat him on the head.

"Looks like we'll get along fine, huh?" Sanae grinned. "Hmm... Maybe I can name you... Pierce? You did attack the Rattata with furious claws." She grinned. Charmander nodded in approval, nosing Sanae's bag, wondering if there was food in it.

[[Herp. I don't know what to do with Natsume. Someone go bother him. ]]  

Sarah walked down the road, stopping every once in a while, letting V sniff at the gra.ss and bushes and such as that. She grinned as the Bulbasaur always came back to her. She seemed attached to the girl already, and this made Sarah feel elated. 

Moments later, Sarah came across a boy talking to his pokemon. It appeared to be a Moryina, if she recalled correctly. The girl paused and picked up her Bulbasaur, walking towards the boy on the bench. "Hey!" She said with a grin, setting V on the bench with the others. She eyed her pokemon with such a look that say 'Behave yourself'. "Bulba," Was the responce she got. 

"Did you just get your pokemon too?" Sarah asked the boy, looking down at his pokemon. She smiled at the pair. "I just got mine," She said, not bothering to wait for his answer. "It's a girl, I named her 'V'. I'm not sure why, the name just came to me. She's really friendly!" Sarah leaned down and put several peices of food in front of her Bulbasaur and the Moryina, enough for the pair. "My name's Sarah, by the way," She added a moment later.

 "Oh, thank you... Mizu," Finn said with a smile. He was glad that the girl wasn't making fun of him in any way; that's what usually happened back at his home. "I think Di is a cute name!" Finn said with a grin. "Your Totodile seems to have a bit of a vicious nature...!" Finn added with a suprised tone. He felt Di was violent for biting it's master. He had never seen that before. And frankely, he was glad his Mudkip was more clueless than violent. 

Mizu rubbed her bruising arm and shook her head. "I don't actually think they work... and besides, It's something I'm used to it, being scratched or bitten I mean. she lowered her arm and knelt down, watching as Di discarded the peble and almost lept on the pokemon food, although slightly hesitant to place it in her mouth.

Mizu furrowed her brow as Di fondled the food. "I'm thinking we should set off.." She rold herself. Standing up, she looked at Finn. "Heading towards route 18, coming?" she asked hith a grin on her face, already headin towards the forested area.

The Nidoran squeeked when it was hit side on, soon ready to unleash another attack. It jumped in the air, its feet glowing and slamed down onto Serra. "Tree." He croaked. "Use absorb!" Instructed Ichigo, attempting to heal his injured pokemon. "Now use quick attack!" The nidoran attempted to dodge but was too slow to see Serra come from behind.

The nidoran started wavering as it was about to loose conciousness. Serra was ready to unleash another hit, surprised when his trainer chucked up a pokeball. 

The ball rocked to and fro and then stoped with a pinnk noise. "Serra we caught a new member of the team!" he said extacticly, running over to unleash the blue nidoran.

[[... Moryia  = Nickname. Species = Snivy, Shaste o-o'' ]]

Natsume looked up when he heard someone say 'hey'. He watched with a dull ex
pression as the girl's mouth moved up and down, not exactly paying attention. This girl is talking to me, right? He thought. His Snivy, Moryia, narrowed her eyes at the Bulbasaur named V. Just as Natsume expected, Moryia hopped into his lap and turned around, facing towards his chest and turning her back on the other Gra-ss Pokémon.

"Sorry, my Snivy doesn't really like Pokémon." He explained, absent-mindedly patting Moryia's head. The Snivy cooed and settled down, much like a snake curling up. 

 ---

Sanae and Pierce marched onwards, not turning back to their small town. Pierce seemed quite happy, having battled a fair share of Pokémon already. Sanae checked the Town Map.

"I think we should evolve you first, then challenge the gym leader!" She said excitedly. Pierce churred along, his tail swishing back and forth. "The Gym leader there is Amber... Looks like she uses fire type." She glanced down at the fire that emanated from Pierce's tail. 

"Well, looks like we'll have to catch a watery pal for you." She said. "Lucky for us, I brought my fishing rod." Sanae brought up a rather beat up fishing rod. "It's a Great Rod! I'm sure we can catch a Horsea, or a Poliwag!" Sanae's eyes started to shine again. Pierce growled, uncomfortable at the thought of having to battle a water-type.

"This pond looks promising." Sanae pointed at a nearby body of water.

Ichigo sat down cross legged on the floor behind his new nidoran she was fairly smaller than the average nidoran, but ichigo didn't care, he was thrilled that he had caught pokemon. Taking out the grey pokedex he scanned his new pokemon to look up the moves she knew and her ability.

"You seem fairly stubborn." He told the small pokemon as she sat with her back facing Ichigo. "Nida. Nida-ran-ran." She chirped her nose up in the air. "I shall take that as a yes." He continued rubbing his forehead. "Well Nidoran... I'm gonna call you Nyda... and err, you are part of the team now, isn't she Serra?" He asked looking around, then finding him in a tree.

[[ Mrrr... I'll just do a quick-as-possible post with Sanae to go interact with Ichigo. ]]

Sanae felt a small jerk on her rod. Excited, she pulled it up, resulting in a Horsea leaping from the water, splashing her and nearly Pierce with water.

"Ahh, a Horsea! So adorable!" Sanae yelled triumphantly. "Pierce, use Scratch!" The Charmander did a nervous little hop towards the Horsea, wriggling on the ground, giving it a quick scratch. The Horsea neighed in anger and shot a stream of bubbles at Pierce.

"Ahh, Pokéball! Pokéball!" Sanae fumbled through her bag for the Pokéball, finally drawing out the red ball. She threw it at the Horsea. After a few moments of the ball shaking and both trainer and Pokémon staring at it anxiously, the ball finally clicked and closed.

"We caught a Horsea!" Sanae shouted, jumping around along with a happy, slightly wet Pierce. "Come on out, new buddy!" Sanae grinned and let out her Horsea. It still had minor scratches on it, but otherwise, the water Pokémon seemed fine. After drawing her Pokédex out, Sanae stared at her Horsea.

"So, you're a girl, huh?" Sanae said, picking up the Horsea and carrying her in her arms, since the Horsea could not move on land. The Horsea wriggled, poking out of Sanae's arm. Pierce followed the two, wriggling his tail to warm up the flames. He made a small rrrr? sound when he heard something.

"Something wrong, Pierce?" Sanae asked. Her Charmander was staring at something behind the bushes. With a loud growl, Pierce charged through the bushes and dove towards a boy and his Pokémon.

"Wait, Pierce!" Sanae ran up behind the bushes, kicking them aside.
