"Thanks." She managed to reply before the two boys left. With a shake of her head she flung her black messenger bag over her shoulder and headed out the door.
"Stupid sun..." She hissed with a glare to the sky. With a shrug as she began walking, she pulled her phone from her pocked and flipped it open. "Wonder if anyone would pick up..." She mused to herself as she flipped the phone open and closed with each step.
She didn't know many people here... and she knew for a fact that everyone "back home" deleted her from everywhere possible when she'd left.

Saika had noticed another being near the "entryway" of the Willow's grounds, but decided not to say anything to the girl.
Her pale pink eyes gazed around her before she allowed herself to sit on a nearby log that was the remains of a tree that had fallen years ago.
As she sat, her long hair cascaded over her shoulders, creating a snow white blanket over her flawless skin.

Lost in thought and obviously captivated by the male who he was walking with, Ivan remained silent as they walked. "A place so serene is a rare find in deed." He agreed as he gazed up at his current traveling companion.
Then was able to force his gaze to the nearby glittering water. "So pretty..." He smiled before taking a few steps closer.
He smiled at Conner once again and watched the boy slip further ahead.
When his hesitant and hushed tone entered Iva's ears, his smile could help but show more. "Thank you." He replied, completely lost for what else to say. Usually he received negative comments, threats, ect. ect. about his gloves, mix-match shoes, jeans and what not; so an actually positive reaction to them shocked him a bit.

"I'm finally away from here... now what?" Jerith hissed to himself as he calmly strode though the streets.

((Muhneh. WOW is awesome and so very addictive. I've played less then 24 hours so far and I've already gotten the 250 Quests achievement. Loving it! When you mentioned cookie, I became hungry. *goes to fridge and grabs tub of yogurt* Don't get the idea I'm a pig, there's actually not much left so I can take the whole tub. *Omnomnom* Yummy! ^_^ ))

"What happened was a disaster." Ket hissed, not stopping as he turned to glare back at Forra, "I never wanted that to happen," he muttered, glancing down for a moment, "not to you." he closed his eyes, shaking his head as he righted himself once more.
He wanted so badly to leave, yet part of him kept twitching around to tell him to stop. Why the hell can I do anything but make a choice? He clamped down on his tongue, muscles tensing to move him forward, then locking him in his place, and flipping again before he could act on either will. His frustration was doing nothing but growing, taking on the blackness that seemed so harbored in his mind.
"Why didn't you run?" he shot back at her bitterly, "I begged you, I pleaded with you- and still you never listened." he felt the bridge of his nose crinkle into a snarl, "Why didn't you leave me?"
(( He's just in a very bitter, cold mood. He'll get over himself eventually. ))

Conner chuckled, "We're here."
He came to a full stop before the small, hidden glade, gaze wandering over the rippling, dancing surface of the water. The pool was as clear as ice, and had a gorgeous, cyan hue from its slightly unusual depth. Around the circular, room-sized shore was lined with grass, the occasional wildflower poking up from the green. The boughs above shaded the dazzling scene, and made everything seem so oddly secluded.
But after a while, his eyes left the inlet, and flowed back to Ivan. A smile played at his lips, and he murmured a quiet, "What do you think?"

Once they'd finally stopped, his sapphire blue eyes widened as he took in the sight before him. Never before had Ivan seen something so simple, yet so stunning.... with the exception of a dress he'd once wanted... but even the beauty of the dress didn't compare to this.
The sounds of the water gently lapping up on the earth, birds chirping nearby and the light splashes of the things that dwelt in the water filled his ears as he gazed out at the scenery. He didn't mean to ignore Conner, in fact the sounds and scenery were so overwhelming that he honestly didn't hear the rather hushed "what do you think" that was addressed to him.

The day went on little by little and the slow white, popcorn clouds passed by timelessly. Peties thought process moved like the clouds, slow and at an almost still pace just hovering and fogging her mind. Eventually, as the clouds cleared so did her mind, and the conclusion came to her. What she wanted to do was now crystal clear, and her normal attitude was back. She wasn't going to pounce on the adventure idea like she had before. She would keep her cool, however Petie would take the determination she had before and use that as fuel for her hunger for her escape rout out of her solitude. She raised to her feet as tiny rocks stuck in her feet and soft dirt and grass brushed up between her toes. Her red hair bounced around the sides of her face as she walked back to the scene of the crime. The place where she left everyone.

((It's ok. Brain dead is totally understandable. One of the main reasons I don't post on days sometimes. ^_^; ))
I have to admit, that was a disaster. I thought to myself. I take a step closer to him when he asked about me not leaving. "How could I?" I know it wasn't a very good answer, but that was all I could think of. A moment later I got mad again and started yelling. "But that doesn't mean you can just walk away and not explain what just happened to me!" I paused before I said, "Cause that was... just..." I held my arms when I thought back to the experience and whispered, "Horrible..." I look up at him and say, "The worst part though, is that you've had to deal with this for years. I don't know how you could of dealt with that for so long." My fingers gripped my arms harder as I went through the feelings I had felt earlier when I touched him. The fear, anguish and most of all, the hatred towards humans. I could feel tears begin to well in the corners of my eyes as I stood there, listening to his emotions. I could feel the similar sensation I get when I'm being overloaded with emotions and when my body begins to short. Either his blood was beginning to wear off or his blood was creating some sort of connection.
"So... What should we do while we wait?" I ask Luffy. He glares at me and says nothing. "Fine, we'll do nothing."
I continue to give Triston a death glare, hoping that some miracle would happen and looks could really kill. Please let that happen!
((Heheh, those two alone. They may go mad. Well more mad then they already are.))

(( Sorry guys, been busy as heck. xD ))
Ket felt his face twist into a pained scowl as he glared back at her, "I can go wherever I like, wherever I feel, and alone if I desire." he growled, "And because of that I hate you. You and your little demons, you killed any chance I ever had."
He turned his gaze to the ground at the same time he turned his bitter anger inward. Now he would never be free. Now the other end of his chains had merely shifted hands. Because of what every one of them did, even if fighting for the woods other than anything else, because they fought the humans along at his side, even though not for him... he owed them all. He despised that, he always had. Now he could run, now he could live on his own and away from all others were he could do as he pleased, out of the grasp of the humans. At the same cost, now he couldn't escape, now he couldn't hide. If he did, it would only be another debt unpaid, to those that had granted him that very thing.
Life was cold to him.
Tears began to well in his eyes, his voice going from loud and heated to little more than a shaky whisper in the time it took to bl
ink, "I'm sorry you went through what you did; that single pain I would never inflict on another if I ever had the choice." his gaze slowly lifted to hers, "But I can't stop it, I never can. Forra, I'm so sorry..." he whispered, "...but I can't do anything. I'm... powerless, I'm helpless." he closed his eyes, "I'm afraid of my own mind." he laughed dryly.

Conner suddenly dropped himself in the grass, letting his legs sprawl out slightly as he leaned back on locked arms, looking up at Ivan. "You look like you're going to fall over." he laughed lightly, red eyes gleaming.

With a sharp jolt back to reality, he turned his head to look at Conner. "I'm good." He replied with a slight laugh, more so at himself than anything.
Before continuing the thought, he glanced down at the ground around Conner before looking at Conner himself.
"It truly is beautiful here." he finished after looking around one last time, his gaze finally resting on Conner once again.

Petie emerged from the darkness of the forest to where the sun danced on blood stains. It was quiet here but then again it wasn't. Birds sang up above, squirrels quarreled over nuts and snakes slithered over fallen twigs. The noise of life seduced her ears almost calling her back to natural life but as her black eyes disappeared behind her eyelids her ears pricked listening carefully. It wasn't just the animals he heard but soft weary whispers. She didn't know who they were, what sad soul had lost their voice and frankly, it wasn't her business. However, Petie didn't care if it wasn't her business. She would find out who they were and if she knew they would lead her to her adventurous wolf then she would discreetly follow them.
So again Petie set off, rocks poking her feet gently as she walked slowly and quietly following the sound of hushed breathing. It wasn't much to go by but the people weren't to far from where blood was spilled. She approached with caution but once she saw something bright and white, nerves got to her and she quickly jumped up into a tree that was the closest. With out sound she hid up in the tree. It had massive leaf coverage so she couldn't see them and they couldn't see her. Petie decided just to wait it out...for now.

((OMG! I'm so sorry I've been gone! There's a lot of things happening in real life and whenever I'm on Res, I'm getting ready for my Art contest. I think I mighta overestimated how hard it is to organize something like this. >~< I am currently busy at the moment, so I'll be posting in a bit. Sorry to make you guys wait.))
I felt hurt and angered when he said those things. His emotions were all jumbled and hard to make sense of. He hated himself and others. He was even afraid of himself. He reminded me of myself a little and I do mean a little. I could feel a patch of my skin begin to, in a sense, burn. I cover the spot, which was on my arm and ignored the pain. I had to, if I didn't, then he'd leave. At least I think he would... When he said he was sorry, I looked at him, but quickly looked away. That brief moment of eye contact caused the link to grow. I knew the best way to fix this was to leave, but I couldn't, not now. I could feel more spots begin to burn, but thankfully they were hidden under my clothes. At least I think most of them are...
I twiddled my thumbs and said, "Hey Luf-"
"Don't talk to me!" I yelled.
