(( Murderer-bad guy shall rmail me when they want to kidnap/kill someone --they don't necessarily have to kill anyone. Its their choice, not that any of you will know whether people are dead or just kidnapped until the mystery is solved. O.o People will just be...gone-- and I'll make a post about it. If they want to write something about like, keeping hostages or something, they can rmail me that, too.
And, Just a note--
For the most part, I'd like for none of the actual RP characters to be killed/kidnapped/whatever, unless that person wants to drop out. The bad guy can attempt to get them, though, but they won't actually get killed. Hurt, maimed, sure. But not killed. So no one has to worry about losing their character^^
Also, this is sort of a game, too. If you think you know who the homicidal maniac is, just write a small note at the bottom of your post. =3
