Ace stopped and turned her horse,"Then get a damned horse lad or I will leave without you." She then allowed Soldier to trot slowly. She pulled the excess strands of red hair out of her face. Ace made soldier go a little faster and continued to wait.

Creek veared off and headed for the stables. He picked through until he found his, whos name was Scout and was greyish white. "Did you really think you where going to leave without me?" He caught up to her and glanced at her slyly. "I need to get my bow, it will help out in the long run" He new this would anoy her, but he kinda wanted it too. In reality, he really did need his bow, for all he knew they could be heading into a fatal trap.

((It is okay for her to be an elf, right, Ranni?) Max crouched in the shadows at a safe distance, watching the two silently. She knew what they were planning to do, her gut told her so. For some reason, something told her to watch other them but, she refused to make contact. Max shifted her weapons on her waist and the ones strapped agianst her back. They were becomin quite uncomfortable in the stance she had taken but, if the stance changed, her presence would be soon known. She held back a sigh as she waited patiently for them to move on. |

"Gosh high stakes, yeah i geuss"He said as he caught his bow. He was actualy surprised she had everything down. " Where do you propose we go? I for one think we should go to the mountains." He told her. He had come to the conclusion that this was a very likley place for both the elves and perhaps the child.

"No, we have to go to the city. The nursery is the only place they keep children, and if you recall the Oracle foretold that the parasites would have them." Ace said sternly. She then said as she rode ahead and to the enemy plains,"So either nut up or shut up." As she made it to the gate, they stopped her and looked her over. "Name?" they asked,"Agent four nine o'twelve." They let her in and Ace smirked and muttered,"I'd like to see him get past the gates. hopefully calyx didn't give him a code name... She now quickly traveled to the nursery and requested entry,"I need to collect one of the infants." "Why?" the person asked,"Do you dare question our mother ships authority?" "No..." they said and allowed her pas.sage....

Creek decided to wait out front of the nursery, he wasn't good for kids, and he thought it would be difficult for him to get in. I hope she finds what shes looking for, we really need to try and find those elves, they seem just as important then the children. He dismounted his horse and leaned against the wall of the building.

Ace looked along the rows of children and watched as one infant was taken in and another match was outside being held. "Why is this one here?" Ace asked."It has not yet accepted a parasite." the person responded. "May I take it to the Mother ship?" Ace asked. The person handed it over and as she walked out side of the city gates an alarm rang and the guards were after them. They had jsut foudn out that there was no agent named that. "We have to go! We got company!" she yelled to Creek.

Creek quickly mounted his horse and drew his dagger ready to lash out if needed "What did you do?" He asked as he got closer. He reached down and offered to take the child to ride with.

"Schmooze talked my way into and out of it, parasites need to be a little firmer." Ace said and held the child closer to her. She wanted to hold it. After all, though she'd never tell anyone, Oracle was her uncle. She wanted to full fill bringing the child to the elves.

"Nice, now we have the guys on our tale, did you happen to notice which one was the leader of that group?" He asked, if he could figure that out, he could get it with his bow and buy them some time. They had to protect that kid if it was truely the one in the prophecy

"None. They won't send any others except for pawns in the game, so, shoot one and they should back off." Ace suggested. She shrugged and made Soldier turn to the left and into the woodland. Maybe they'd be safer in the forests.

" Fine with me." Creek turned and nocked three arrows and let them fly killing three of the parasites. He turned and led Scout into the forest after Ace and hurried to catch up. The parasites seemed to have given up, or for atleast that moment they did. "Now what" He asked solemly
