OoC: Haha glad you all agree. Because honestly I don't know how much longer I can go without roleplaying... Oh yes, I added some info on that place where I posted details on the inside of the ships and the creatures and stuff that you might want to look at. I'm apologizing in advance, I probably won't be able to get on that much for 2-3 days because of Christmas and everything. ^^ Just saying. xD

Bio Skeleton: Name: Adonis Rode Age: 20 Gender: Male Species: Human Ship: The Sepmalia Looks: Adonis has light, shaggy blonde hair that goes to just above his shoulders. Being of Grecian descent, Adon has lightly tanned skin. He is moderately muscular after working on ships his whole life. His eyes are a bright, stunning green that he's told is difficult to look away from. Weapon: A small, silver ring can be found on Adon's right hand, index finger. When turned towards his palm, the ring will be on standby, until the user shuts their fist. When the fist is opened, the ring will begin to glow. It will temporarily paralyze whoever the hand is aimed at. History: He lost his mother during the moon explosion. He's unsure whether or not she is alive or not. He never had a father figure in his life, and wasn't so sure what to do after the explosion. He resulted to sneak aboard the Sepmalia. Desperate times call for desperate measures. The ring was given to him when he was a child, from his mother. It had been his father's. Rank: Stowaway at the moment, becomes cabin boy? General Information: Umm...? ((Anything need to be corrected?))

They had looked like shooting stars, Eva remembered. She had been painting a cloud into the night sky, one that would look pretty next to the moon. But then it had shattered. Eva remembered watching the humans stare and hearing the eerie silence, and then screams. But she had not been afraid. She had found the moment beautiful and majestic. Flashes of silver shooting across the night sky… She sighed, looking out at the blue, blue sky. Of course she made it so that any clouds stayed away. Her hands pressed against the glas-s of the Tower. It was a rare moment for her. She hardly ever had moments of nostalgia. This was partly because whatever emotion she felt it was usually weak—depending on what the emotion was, of course. Generally she felt compas-sion and sadness more so than all of the others. It was anger she had a hard time feeling. So the sadness that came with the nostalgia did make her heart ache a bit. Those days when she had been shaping the clouds without a care in the world… But the airships were just so interesting. She couldn’t help herself. She turned around to leave the Tower—she had work to do. Of course it was mostly the boring work that the Captain couldn’t do, but that didn’t really matter to her. Then she saw that strange boy. The human, Asim. He was staring intently out the window. Eva looked out the window but could see nothing of interest. “Hey,” she said, her voice a bit loud and a bit sharp. It was a tone of voice she had copied from the Captain; it was the hey-what-are-you-doing-here-when-you’re-supposed-to-be-doing-something-else voice. Asim jumped and turned to look guiltily back at her. “Sorry. Thought I saw something,” he said. Eva raised her eyebrows. “And are you the one who’s supposed to be on watch?” Asim shook his head sheepishly. Eva felt a tiny prick of amusement. “I suggest you get back to work, then,” she said. Asim nodded and walked hurriedly out of the room. Eva followed momentarily. She had some silly paperwork to do. Was it normal for pirates to have to do paperwork? No… Actually, Eva was the one who had insisted upon this. She had told the captain it would help stay on top of their money and treasure and whatnot if somebody were to write it all down. And the captain had agreed to this, only she was the one who had to do it. Everybody on the Ruya seemed to feel sympathy for her in this regard. She didn’t mind too much. All feelings of nostalgia gone, she walked into the common room and got to work. *~**~*~*~* Don’t. Look. Down. Roz felt her stomach lurch as she got closer and closer to the very edge of the ship. It was important to swab the decks, of course. But it was (one of) Roz’s least favourite jobs, if only because she had to go past her comfort zone. It’s all part of the job, she thought, trying to feel slightly more optimistic. She made her way closer on her knees, scrubbing the wooden floor of the ship. Then she was there, at the very edge. She tried hard not to look over at an endless blue sky and how high they really were. But of course, as she stood up, she couldn't help but look. It didn't help that she could see clouds below the airship. She gulped and took the bucket full of now dirty water in her hands. She was supposed to dump the water overboard. But Roz found it hard to put her hands over the edge. It was just so... empty. There was nothing between her and the ground below. Do it quickly, she told herself. So she gathered all her will power together and, in a jerky movement that was all too fast, she attempted to dump the water over the edge. She lost her grip on the bucket and some of the water sloshed all over her. And there went the bucket, falling to the ground. Roz watched as it disappeared into a cloud. She felt embarras-sment wash over her... She looked over her shoulder. Had anyone seen that happen? If they had, she'd surely be laughed at. Oh yes, and she'd probably be scolded by the captain. Or first mate.

Arren sighed. He could feel another one of his headaches coming on, no doubt brought on by his long days in the sun steering the Ruya on whatever course the captain set her to. Squinting he stared over the edge of the ship, though there was nothing of interest below. Just large, white, annoying fluffy clouds. What I need, the kitsune decided, is a change of scenery. The weather has been more erratic since the shattering, but honestly, clouds day after day? Even in high winds these things stay put. Shaking his head wryly the helmsman twisted his wrist in the slow casual motion of one accustomed to his job and felt the wheel respond under his hand, the creaking and groaning of the gears in the belly of the ship caught by his sensitive ears. The man shifted his weight slightly as the ship began to turn, moving to go around the large flock of spearbirds that were hovering a few klicks away, their large white forms hardly visible against the clouds. Grumbling under his breath at the necessary detour Arren felt his thoughts drifting to the reason why he was helmsman. It certainly hadn't been his choice. The light-skinned kitsune would have much rather been inside on days like these, instead of standing out on the wooden deck roasting to a crisp in the sun. But his natural animal instincts and sharp fox eyes had caused him to be stuck with his post, making it the one time he had ever felt bogged down by his being. His ears fluttering Arren could hear faint voices inside the bowels of the ship, one distinctly female and powerful and the other too faint to discern the gender or person speaking. The female was obviously Eva, who was known for her way of speaking, much like the way the captain spoke. Direct and to the point, while using as little words as possible to convey entire speeches. -- And to think I was going to be one of those prissy ladies, Karo thought disbelievingly, looking out at the sea of clouds with a wide grin on her face. Twisting slightly to balance herself as the wind rustled the ship's masts and caused them to sway slightly, the first mate wrapped one arm around one of the many ropes and raised her spygla.ss to one ocean-blue eye, forehead furrowing with concentration as she scanned the horizon for potential threats. "Or a place to land," she muttered. "Running low on water 'cause the damned clouds won't drop their bounty. What's with this weather I don't even know." Lowering the spygla.ss Karo shook her head with a long sigh. After tucking the looking device back into it's designated holder on her belt the girl tucked a few stray strands of pure white hair behind her ear and then began to make her way back down, climbing the ropes as quickly as any experienced rigging monkey. As her bare feet touched the decking below Karo could feel the ship jostling about again, no doubt caused by the same harsh winds that she had felt above. "Well, maybe this is a sign of rain to come," she remarked to no one in particular, fastidiously straightening her cream tunic and dusting off some wood slivers that had caught in the plain fabric. Glancing up the young woman noticed Roz glancing over her shoulder with a decidedly worried look on her face. "Is there anything the matter?" Karo asked softly, walking up to the deckhand with an attempted kindly smile on her face. Care and kindness was definitely not her strong suit.

At first, Roz saw nobody over her shoulder. And then somebody did happen to walk over to her. Roz's eyes widened considerably. She knew the person very well. Karo, the first mate of the Sepmalia. Which was entirely unlucky for Roz. "Is anything the matter?" Karo asked. She even gave a faint smile. Roz thought briefly that that sort of ex pression on the first mate's face did not suit her. "Ah..." Roz trailed off. She was trapped. "Well. My bucket.. fell." *~*~*~*~* Asim walked out of the Tower, mentally kicking himself. He had been caught. Most of the other members aboard the ship could usually get away with it. Of course, Asim reflected, he was the one who tended to live more in the past. Anybody would had they seen what he had seen. On that day the moon shattered, he had seen the most beautiful airship... even though airships hadn't even been invented yet. It was otherworldly, the moon falling to pieces while watching a ship sail through the skies. And the thunderstorm. There had been a thunderstorm as well, out over the sea. He shook his head. What had he been supposed to be doing? Oh right. He was to check the Sylvein level. The power of a fragment of Sylvein was immense, and always lasted centuries. But still, just to be on the safe side, somebody aboard the ship had to check to see if the Sylvein was working properly. On the Ruya, the bit of Sylvein it ran on was in the room in which the helmsman steered the ship. Sylvein was something Asim often thought about. What about those Chroniclers on the Fairwinds? Didn't they have some way of flying through the skies without the use of it? Some thought they were lying, but Asim thought that the Chroniclers simply held information others didn't. And they always seemed to hate the existence of Sylvein. Balance is everything. Asim's eyes clouded with memories yet again. He didn't even realize he was standing in front of the helmsman.

Adonis sat in silence as footsteps echoed above him. He'd been aboard the Sepmalia for quite some time now, and he'd be surprised if he ever got caught. If the crew hadn't found him by now, would they ever? Adon grinned in the darkness of the storage room, of the airship. Shifting in the crate of food he was hiding in, he wondered what was happening on deck. After living for a week in the damp, and cold environment of the confined storage room, he longed to be on deck. Shutting his eyes, Adon imagined the soft blue color of the sky and the wisps of clouds seemingly touching the ship. Fooling himself for a moment, he opened his eyes expecting to see the shine of the light against the airship and the wind in his hair. A sigh of defeat registered in his mouth, as he was instead brought to the reality of the storage room. He didn't think he could deal with this confinement for much longer.

"Fell," Karo repeated slowly, crossing her arms and coc.king one eyebrow. It wasn't that Karo didn't believe the deckhand, it was more that she felt Roz wasn't telling the entire story. And Karo disliked half-truths and withheld information. It made her antsy. Leaning against one of the masts the first mate sighed and looked down, as if contemplating what to do with Roz. "Listen Roz, I'm going to accept what you told me now, but if you feel the need to actually tell me more about this 'incident' just come to my room whenever you need." Realizing that her slow and morose tone was probably scaring Roz, Karo attempted to grin again, and this time she hoped she had done a better job. "I'm not angry, just slightly annoyed that you aren't trusting anyone with this...whatever 'this' is," she said softly. -- "Excuse me," Arren said tartly, narrowing his amber eyes. "But you're blocking my view, and unless you want to be thrown overboard as bait for the Spearbirds that we're shortly going to be flying into, I'd suggest moving out of the way." Keeping one hand on the wheel to keep it from spinning wildly Arren flipped his dagger out of its sheaf on his belt, holding it between two clawed fingers idly. "Or I could move you," he purred softly, grinning to reveal sharp teeth that were glinting in the sunlight. Finally, some action, the kitsune thought happily. I haven't killed in ages, and this human here is just a lowly deckhand. I doubt the captain will disagree with my killing him. [Kind of short posts lD]
