Jake and Zane and Charlie and Lucy were all waiting. "Is she ok? Are you sure?" Jake was asking. "Omigod, yes! You should be more worried about Chris. He isn't the one coming back! Don't you feel bad at all? " That got them to shut up, but only for about 5 minutes.

Eventually, the ambulance got into the parking lot and stopped. Kris thanked the guy for the ride, and stepped out. She saw everyone waiting for her and thought, It's still completely backwards.

Kris nodded, and continued on till she got to Lucy and Charlie. "I'm going to rest. See you guys later," she smiled at Lucy, and then continued on to the dorm, not sure if she should break into a run just yet.
