Sharpclaw hissed.  No one was listening to her.  She grabbed her weakening leader by the scruff and dragged her to Deathclan territory.  "Don't let any cats go past here."  She growled forcefully, even though it was her leader.  She went back to the battle.  "I'm ready for you Frostclan!"  She roared.

Winterstar sneered at the mutant cat creature.  He silently stalked around her, then pounced at her from behind, biting down on her neck.

Sharpclaw roared again and shook Winterstar off.  Blood was dripping down her neck and pooling around her paws, but she still was ready to fight.  "Is that all you got?"  She snarled, although her voice was weaker. 

"No, Sharpclaw!" Nightstar yowled, tackling Winterstar and digging her claws into his back. "Don't touch mer!" She snarled helplessly.

Moonwater, who had noty known of the battle happening just a little ways away, began to wander into the forst. The sun had set, giving her the strength she needed, but her throat was dry and she needed blood. She stopped seeing strange slime on thepath in front of her. Of course, she had heard the stories, but... She continued forwar, following the trail and peered from behind a bush. Her eyes widened. It was Cursedsoul!

((o_o I am too.))

Sharpclaw growled.  "Stay out of this Nightstar!  Please.  Call the clan back and go!"

Winterstar snarled and rolled on his back again.  "You gotta learn to stop doing that."  He sneered.

Cursedsoul's ears pricked.  He heard a rustling in the bushes.  Turning his head, he peered to where he heard the noise.  The muck around his eyes making it hard for him to see, but he made out the shape of a cat.  He stood up and started to back up a few paces.  "Who's there?"  He asked, his voice softer and more timid then how he appeared. 

Rosewing hit a nearby tree woth a thud. Though, silverwhisp was smart enough to open ehr wings and flutter up. "Rosewing!" She yowled, rushing down to save her sister. "She's...she's not concious," she said to no one in particular. This cat had crossed the line. she grinned. The fun was just about to begin. She opene dher wings anddarted at Wolfsong, spitting and hissing.

Nightstar hissed, vcrawling out form under Winterstar again. What shoudl she do? If she retreated, she would be deemed scared. But, if she didn't, warriors could be lost. She hissed. "Retreat!"

"Thank you Nightstar."  Sharpclaw replied.  Bowing her head to her leader, "Now more lives then needed wont be lost."

Winterstar growled, "You wont get away that easy, Follow th-"  His order was cut off before he could say it by Sharpclaw tackling him.  "I'll hold them off!"  She said, chomping down on Winterstar's paw.

Winterstar yowled out in pain and knocked Sharpclaw off of him, and onto a nearby tree, she hit her head pretty hard.  She was stunned for a few seconds, and before she should get up Winterstar was on top of her, his jaws around her neck, he bit down as hard as he could. 

Sharpclaw's eyes closed. 

Songfern went to Nightstar. "Why retreat?" she asked her leader, respectively, but with an edge.

She must have done something wrong. Everything seemed to happen in slow motion. Sharpclaw tackling Winterstar, WInterstar kicking Sharpclaw into a nearby tree, and the loud crunch when Winterstar bit Sharpclaw. "Get off!" Nightstar flung herself at Winterstar, puhing him off of Sharpclaw, but it was already too late. Nightstar gave him one more clawing in the face before turning away and pickign  up Sharpclaw and runnign back to camp.

"It seems we must leave," Silverwhisp said quietly, picking up her sister's limp body and running on after her leader.

Moonwater looked around and then stepped out of the ushes, her fangs glinting in the moonlight. She folded her wings about her and sat down, peering at Cursedsoul. "Your that cat! the one who made us like this. Your Cursedsoul." she bit her lip. Everything inside of her was screaming to leave, to get away, but she coudln't. Somewhere deep down inseide, she knew that this cat had a story to tell...

Songfern could do nothing more but watch in this battle, watch blood being spilled. So she followed her leader back to camp.  She shifted back to her normal form.

Cursedsoul looked at his paws.  "It is true."  He replied sadly.  "But."  He looked up, "I didn't mean to.  I only wanted to help.  But no one wants to listen." 

Sharptooth's scaly ears pricked.  He felt something inside him.  As if something had been taken away.  It was like.. there was a hole inside him now.  He always had a close connection with his sister, they were fraternal twins after all, the only thing setting them apart was that he had scales and that his sister had fur.  He stood up, feeling uneasy.  Something had happened.  Something very bad.

Winterstar's ears turned towards Wolfsong.  He looked at him up and down.  "Go see the medicine cat."  He commanded.  "That goes for all of you."  He raised his voice.

Silverpaw was in the medicine den, she was setting everything up.  The other medicine cat was no where to be seen.  She sighed slightly.  Even though she was a full grown cat, she still had an apprentice name.  Since it took longer for medicine cats to get full names.

Leopardspaw, ablaze with anger, leaped at her leader and did something she never believed would happen. She fell down upon him and sank her sharp were-cat teeth into his neck and hung on. She could feel blood pouring into her mouth, but she held on....

Moonwater felt sorry for the slimy cat and she looked at him, seeing him for the cat he had been before, though she hadn't known it. "I've got the entire night to hunt, but why don't you tell me your story." The warrior said...

Winterstar's eyes widened.  He hadn't expected the attack.  He toppled over, his life draining out of him.  He looked around at a forest, probably Starclan's.  He knew where he was from loosing other lives.  He saw a familiar face.  "What happened?"  He asked, trying to remember.

"Leopardpaw betrayed you.  She took one of your lives."  The starry cat replied, his eyes dark.  They looked strangely red and pupiless.

"What?  How?!"  But he was starting to fade back.

"Three lives now Winterstar, watch yourself."  The voice echoed as he opened his eyes.

Cursedsoul's eyes glinted happily.  "Th-Thank you."  He said, smiling.  Then he started his story, starting with him hearing the leader and the medicine cat talking, then to the evil cat and the curse, and to how he was exiled.  "I just wanted to help."  He finished, tears forming in his eyes from his memories.
