"No" snapped Valarie, pecking at Changyey good-humoredly. "Let's get going." She said, loading the last berries into her harness. "We will have to go mostly on foot, since Changey and I cannot carry everyone on our backs."

"Agreed." Genie said, her tail twitching. "Lead the way Fang." 

Changey sighed and sat up, yawning.

Fang nodded, "Right." He closed his eyes a few secounds, seeming to absorb the air around him.  After about a minute, he snapped them open.  "This way!" He said and started to go deeper into the forest with the others following him close behind.

Shadow flared out his wings, frowning lightly. "I can fly, too, y'know. I am a Charizard," he stated rather grumpily, which earned him a glare from Rulan.

"Shut up and listen to what you've been told!" snapped the Lucario, ears flattening slightly. Just one Pokemon who wasn't willing to listen could mean they'd never find the stone.

"Sorry," snapped Valarie. "You would hardly make a difference anyway." Her feathers ruffled. "Genie, go ahead and sit on my back for now so that you can take the night guard when we stop." she said.

The little pikachu nodded, following orders and hopping on the bird pokemon's back. 

Rulan followed behind the Gible, swearing he could feel a little piece of himself get ripped away the further he got from his Trainer, who was pretty much his best friend and she had acted as his mother, raising him and caring for him. He had even called her Mom for a while as a young Riolu. "I hope we succeed," he stated, closing his scarlet eyes, using his aura sight to navigate.

Shadow grumped along, mumbling under his breath unhappily.

Rulan nodded, smiling over at Alexis. "We have to succeed, for the sake of our Trainers," he said, opening his eyes.

"Naturally" Alexis said, picking up a mushroom Valarie had dropped before replacing it in her bag.
