Runo glared at them, her gaze drifting from Shadow, to Missy, then back to Shadow. She hissed and growled. Missy seemed so innocent for being a human, and it kind of calmed Runo, but the hostility in her still grew. She snarled, baring even more of her teeth. She flapped her wings threateningly. She was confused and frightened. That human that she just pounced on had actually turned into a dragon! What trickery was this?! Was this ability a new weapon that the humans genetically engineered? If so, Runo couldn't trust any other dragons! What dragon wore a pouch anyway? This was a human! She reared up on her hind legs and roared, shooting a plasma beam at Shadow.

Shadow's vioce was tinted with the deepness of a dragons when she spoke to the little girl. "No. I have quickened them so they will bond to me,remember? If I don't keep them with me they will not live long." She slowly turned back into her human form and it seemed like she was melting the dragon form away. She grabbed the yellow egg from her cloak and put it in the pouch too. Then she looked up at the dragon and said,the dragon language perfect,"I'm sorry I have upset you in anyway." She dodged the plasma easily.

"Shadow! She wants the pouch and the eggs please don't be crazy give them to her!" Wined a scared and now with her face angry and worried looked even worse then before. "Please" asked Missy in a shivering whisper.

Shadow picked up the small girl and put a hand on the back of her head. "You know I can't. It'll be fine." Then she looked back up at the true dragon to make sure she didn't attack without it being known. She then started to back away,watching the dragon carefully. "I'm very sorry to startle you. I won't hurt any of your kind,good bye." She then turned and started to speed walk away,the girl still in her arms.

Runo growled and watch them leave. They can't be stealing and killing more of our kind! With a threatening roar, she flapped her wings and glided in front of them, blocking their way. She bares her teeth even more. She speedily sprinted from her spots and ripped off the pouch by the strap. She growled at the two humans, her emerald green eyes blazing, before she flew flew off quickly, strongly flapping her black-tipped wings.

When Missy woke up she saw a strange blur of colour. Was she in a forest? No. She couldn't be. Maybe. Well she would find out later. Right now she was just tired.

Shadow gasped and put the girl down. She transformed into a dragon and hid the girl in the trees. Quickly she darted after the dragon and sent a message to her mind. 'You can't do this,those eggs will die if you do this.'' She eventually saw the dragon with the pouch hanging from her mouth and flew even faster to try and catch her.

Runo hissed and flew faster yet. Try me. You humans have done too much harm to our kind! If these eggs do die, then at least its not in the hands of you fowl humans! she thought back to her. She flew as fast as she could, soon spotting a cave not far from where they were. She could sense something in there, and the dragon smirked. She dived down. Shadow wouldn't dare mess with Runo in a cave that held something that could give Runo major power, especially if they were clustered in large numbers.

Shadow felt like something was happening inside the pouch and ignored the urge to stop. She folded her wings in and dove into the cave after her.

Sun shone in Missy's eyes now see knew she was in a forest a bush was right in front of her. She jumped up and ran to go find Shadow she had to make sure the eggs were ok. but, when she got out from under the bush she saw no sign of Shadow but, she wasn't worried Shadow was probably in a bush of her own. "Shadow, guess what I dreamed about I was flying! Actually Flying!" the little girl yelled. But, no one replayed. "Shadow" She whispered hoping that she was just sleeping, hiding that she wasn't really abandoning her. Well she had to have a reason to leave maybe she'll come back and if she does she will find me playing in this tree like a good girl. Missy thought as she climbed up a tree there was always hope she would come back.
