Other- Was one of L's origonal apprentaces in England, but was abandoned when he left for Japan. He's greatly intrested in the "Kira" sightings, but isn't keene on travling. He's usually reserved and he has am English acsent, of course, but he also speaks fluent Korean. He hopes to live up to his name which means "light/peace." After all, L did name him. (He's an orphan.)

Other- Kou's adopted little brother, he's German. He moved to England in hopes of finding himself, as it were, but instead found Kou. He's hardly intrested in "Kira" or L's case at all, but follows his brother around akwardly. Though his English is near perfection, he also speaks Japanese, of course, with a German acsent.
