((Well that's not normal at all...)) Patchpaw sat back on her haunches, away from Cheetahpaw, and sniffled. Slightly trembling she said, “Everycat looks at me like I’m a burden. Now that Gr-…now that I look like this, they just cringe away.” When Cheetahpaw was about to say something, Patchpaw interrupted, “No. Don’t make this hard for me.” Patchpaw tried to stop the tears but more came as she choked out, “Now Silentpaw can’t even look at me and I thought he would be by my side until StarClan came for me but I know differently now. He has Mistpaw and I’m happy for him.” StarClan where can I go? I can’t do this anymore, the fight is too hard. I’m not fit to be a warrior. Looking into Cheetahpaw’s eyes, Patchpaw meowed, “They don’t want me anymore. I’m a responsibility and I’ll never be as strong as you or Silentpaw. So Eaglestar will never give me a warrior’s name, and to think, I thought she chose me because I was special. Like StarClan had a vision that I would be the next leader but look how wrong I really was.”

Cheetahpaw looked at her, wide-eyed. "Why do you bring yourself down so hard?" Why? "Well, if your leaving, I am too." Before Patchpaw could say something, he interuptted. "You don't have to be strong or beautiful to be a warrior, what counts is what's in your heart- the will to protect your Clan and Clanmates with your own life- now thats beautiful." He then pressed his paw on her heart. "And in there, I see that you are the most beautiful cat on the planet."

Patchpaw gazed up at Cheetahpaw, her heart wanted to believe but her mind was still fighting it. Remember how Silentpaw looked at you! He’ll never want to fight for you, and the Clan will have to support you because of these injuries. Pain mixed with uncertainty and longing showed in her eyes as Patchpaw fought a battle in her own heart. The Clan wouldn’t have to carry me like a burden, I can still hunt and I would, no will, fight to my death for this Clan. “Cheetahpaw,” she began in a more collected voice, “Those are some powerful words you have said.” Taking a deep breath Patchpaw sat up straighter, more like herself, and continued, “Do you really mean all that you have said?”

Eaglestar saw Phoenix and the long eared dog speaking and she asked teh doggie Spade, "You speak cat's tongue?" Now that is just crazy, too many things are happening at once.I just can't- Her thought broke off as she thought she felt something in her belly. ((omg get the hint?????))
