I looked at the ground and some of my hair moved over my face.

I lightly tucked my hair behind my ear "Where to next dearest Doom?" I asked.

Hum came over to Shim and put his hand on his face, truning it left and right.

Hum:hmm. What are you? Not sure how much your hide will be worth, with you only having one eye and all. Now lets see what you are.

Hum blew what look like gold dust in Shim's face. Then Hum took a few stps back.

Arkey thinking:What was that? What did he blew in Shim's face? It look lkind of gold powder. Oh gob I hope its not sneezeing powder! That would be the worst.

At frist nothing happen. But then all of a sudden Shim woke up! He grab his throat and made chokeing sounds. He lay flat on his back and then ach it.

Akrey still thinking:What is happening to mt friend? Is he dyeing? No wait. Is that his tail? (It was.) His changeing!

Indeed Shim was. Truning into what he really is. Thats what this magic gold dust did. It make shapeshriters change aigenst there will. And that is whats happening to Shim. Soon Shim was no longer human. He was his ture form. A white dragon. Shim was a long body white dragon with what look like diamond scales. He had 2 wings. His right wing was fine but his left wing had a big tear in the middle and other scears. It look like he couldn't fly and he can't. Shim's body was all white exspet for one big black spot he had in between his chest and bully. Shim also had those long wisckers that you might have seen on other dragons. And as for his left eye, it was cover with skin and horns. One big horn in the middle. Oh and lets say Shim was as long as two housess but not as tall as one. Hum just stare at him.

Hum:Wha,what are you?

Shim just look around, trying to finger out what was going on and why he has change into his dragon form. Then he heard Hum.

Shim:I'm guessing you are the one who did this to me?

Hum:Ye,yes. I am a shapshriter hunter. Now what kind of dragon are you?

Shim:I am a siren or song dragon. We are known for makeing beautiful music, with are mouthes. In the war we were use to relay mass-ai-jiz-ess threw our songs. Not something we are pround of.

Hum:You were in the war?

Shim:Yes, I was.

Hum:Is that how you got so many scears? And what happen to your wing?

Shim came over to Hum and step on him. Shim was holding him down under his foot.

Shim:Grawl. What have you done with Arkey and why have you change me?

Hum:Arkey? On that other shap-ee that attack me.

Shim:Yes. Him.

Hum:I put something on him to keep make him harmless. And I change you to see what you are and then kill you in that form so I can sell it. Thats what I do. I am a shapeshirter hunter.

And with that Hum stab Shim's foot with a nife to make him get off. It didn't work. Shim yelled in pain but did not let go. He just look mad at Hum. Hum was now sceard. Afriad for his very life.

Shim:Heres the deal. I'll let you live if you free my friend and stop being a hunter.

Hum:Ok but I need to make a liveing!

Shim:If its money you need then here.

Shim trun his head and use his tail to pull out one of his scales. He lefted his foot off of Hum and gave it to him. It was a big fat uncut diamond!

Shim:So, do we have a deal?

Hum was shakeing at what he had in his hands.

Hum:Y,y,y,YES!

Hum freed Arkey and the bird (Meg) and then just run off. Arkey came over to Shim in his blue wolf form.

Arkey:Are you ok Shim?

Shim lay down and started licking his hand that was stab. (his left)

Shim:Yes. I belive so. But I don't think I can change back into my human form for a little while longer. Oh.

Shim said this as he saw some of the vllageirs come up to him.

"Only here?" I asked looking at him.

"Mainly but occansionly I'm with Jack or Meg..." Jester drawled.

"Are you happy with the change in company?" I asked.

I thought for a second "How about we go somewhere with water?" I suggested.

I closed my eyes "Or you could always just show me around town." I shrugged.
