Ashkit smelled another cat. I better get the mouse fast! She thought pounced landing in front of Apollo and grabbed the mouse with her mouse breaking its neck and killing it quickly. She grabbed the mouse and backed away from the other cat.

Nightkit peered out of the bushes, seeing her denmate Ashkit grab the mouse from the larger cat. "What are you doing!" she hissed angrily. She glared at Apollo. "And who are you?"

Apollo hissed at Ashkit. "That was my prey!!!," he snapped angrily. He puffed up, and appeared twice as big as he already was. He pulled his lips back in a snarl and said; "I'm Apollo, you!?"

Nightkit stalked up next to Ashkit and growled, her fur fluffing up till she looked enourmous. "I'm Nightkit! You have no buisness here by our den! This is OUR territory!" she yowled in a challenge.

Nightkit nodded. "I'll go hunt some more after we chase this intruder away!" she hissed quietly to Ashkit. "I don't want him bugging us."

Apollo turned around and stalked off. He was fuming, but he didn't feel like fighting. His leg already hurt enough. He sighed and went to go find a cave or something of the sort.

Ashkit picked her mouse back up,"Okay lets go hunt some more!" Ashkit said happy to get the other cat out of he rmind.

Firefly snook up on Ashkit. "GOT YAH!!" She laughed, jumping and stealing Ashkits' prey. She ran away, bursting with laughter.

Nightkit glared at the leaving cat. She turned and nodded happily to Ashkit. "I'm sure glad he left. We need to hunt seeing as Leaf-bare isn't far away." She dove back into the bushes, pushing the strange cat out of her mind. Scenting rabbit she stalled and crouched. A rabbit could feed them for more than a few sun-rises! stalking forwards, she put her paws carefully down in front of each other, making no noise as she slid towards the unaware rabbit.

Apollo ran down a hole and started catching as many baby rabbits as he could. Sometimes it helped to be fast.

Nightkit pounced and came up with a mouth full of rabbit. Almost bouncing from joy, she came upon some Kit stealing Ashkit's food. At least she had cought the rabbit she thought.

"NO FAIR! You can't steal from a blind cat!" Ashkit hissed running after Firefly. She leaped up in the air and landed in front of Firefly.

Firefly's ears drooped.. "You can't steal from anycat. I was jus' playing." She sighed and gave the food to Ashkit. "And you shouldn't be using that excuse. 'Oh, big scary cat, you shouldn't attack me! I'm blind!'" |

Nightkit buried her prey and stood behind Furefly, blocking her escape route. "You. Don't. Steal. From. My. Friend!" she hissed, her eyes darkening with fury. She yowled and leapt at Firefly.

Ashkit grabbed the pray. She looked could tell this cat was small. The cat must be hungry to steal. Ashkit set the mouse back down and walked away,"She can have it. I don't really think it is a good reason to fight." She said.
