Firefly swerved around. "I. Don't. Care. Now!" She hissed, her eyes still bubbling with tears. "Wh*censored*up' Firefly?" StarShine appeared through the brush. "Oh! I see you made a friend!" She smiled. "I didn't. Take me home." StarShine frowned. "What's wrong? Didn't you eat your dinner? I know it's small but.. I'm not that good of a hunter." Firefly sighed. "This is..." She looked at Nightkit, hoping she would say her name.

Nightkit swallowed. "I'm Nightkit. She took some prey as a joke and me and my blind friend Ashfur snapped at her. I followed her to tell her she could have the prey since I caught a rabbit and if she needed it, she could have it. I'm sorry I upset her." Nightkit bowed her head, ashamed that she had been so rude.

Nightkit sighed, she hated explaining this. "It's what my mother named me before she died. Apparently, the stories of the Clans are true. This is what all kits are called till they reach 6 moons. Then they get called a 'paw. They train and stuff and then they get their warrior name, like I would be Nighthawk or something. My mother said that she was part of...um, Thunderclan or something till it disappeared."
