Fleur was quite right for when she met up with Primrose again she was fretting, indeed.
'where were you?' Prim demanded
'I was just outside, fetching Pappllion.' Fleur looked at her shoes.
'Let me guess...you forgot to re-new the magic and she flew away.' Prim rolled her eyes as she said this because this happens all the time.
'yeah...sorry i always forget.'
' I know you do, well next time, can you tell me before you go running off? This isnt like our old home Fleur, there are many different creatures here. Some of them wont be as understanding as others. I just don't want to see you hurt, i've already lost you once. I wont lose you again.'
Fleur nodded 'I promise I'll tell you next time.'

Both Prim and Fleur opened their dragonfly-like wings, and began to do the dance of the elves.
It is something one can only do if you have wings, fluttering high and low, looping around each other and twirling this way and that.
Prim and Fleur began to laugh and scream with joy. This was the most fun they'd had for a long time, and it felt great to use their wings again.
