I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

King sat up in his little cage, his large tail wagging softly as he watched the people go by. He leaned forward to lick a few young children who walked by, panting softly as he nuzzled anyone who would allow him. He didn't even notice the amounts of Donations he was getting; all he cared about were the nice people giving him attention. He let out a soft bark, his tongue lolling out as he cocked his head and shuffled his paws.
When the human came to put his collar with his contestant number around his neck, he calmed and lifted his head obediently. His collar was a soft grey with small silver studs, standing out against his creamy white fur. His ears perked and he looked around, tail wagging once again.
_________________________________ Tracker looked around, on his paws and shuffling about as he looked around for a way to entertain himself, ears perked and tongue lolling out. He was an active dog and he needed to have things to do! He was meant to run around, not be stuck in a cage! ______________________________________ Iris huffed at her competition, sitting idly in her cage as her human fussed about with her fur and slid a diamond-studded collar around her neck, her ears perked and a pompous air surrounding her. She was obviously a very stuck-up dog, feeling like she was vastly superior to the others.

Tasha passed Iris's cage, feeling the negative energy. She turned her long head towards her, keeping it high, giving her a look as if saying, I see absolutely no competition in this stud girl here. She smirked as freindly as she could, then trotted with her master again. She reached the agility training. She loved agility, she was always on top for it. She stretched, then she cleared the first five hoops with one graceful bound. To her, it was just easy as pie.

Sakura was in the cage next to king. She sat up and looked at him. "Hi I'm Sakura."She said to him.

Shadow sat in a cage away from most of the dogs. Her owner was petting her and telling her to do her best in each part of the competition. Shadow let out a soft bark and licked her owner's hand. Her owner then let her out of the cage and lead her to agility training. Shadow trotted next to her owner without a care in the world. She saw Tasha training,but knew she needed to train and not chat. She saw the five loops and bounded through each of them with ease. She then slowed her pace and trotted up to a teter-toter. She trotted onto and stopped as she waited for it to go down. Once it went down she walked off of it and stopped when her paws touched the ground.

Kiba's owner took out Kiba to train. He saw Tasha. "Hi Tasha." He called. Then he bounded over to her. The owner tugged his lead and Kiba went to train. He passed the training with ease.

Shadow finished agility training and sat down near the begining of the course. She watched the other dogs train andc hat and be total snobs. She shook her head at each of the snobby dogs that passed.

Shadow looked surprised at the dog for wanting to talk to her. "I'm Shadow.",she said,almost silently. She then stood up and waited to see if the dog would leave like most did.

Tasha nodded a greeting at Kiba. She looked over at the other dog. She smiled at the dog. She slowly crept up to her, hoping not to scare her. She lowered her head, her long ears almost touching the ground. "Hello, there. I hope I did not intrude on your conversation, but are you Shadow?" She asked this as kindly as possible, plus with her awesome accent.

Shadow shrugged and said,"I hope someone put more money in there because this would be the first time I have been in a competition this big." She then remembered something and added,"My owner is about to put money in there that we have colected over a few years." Right as she said that her owner quit talkingto the group of other humansand walked over. Shadow turned her head to look at her owner. "I'm gonna leave you here while I go put our money in the box.",she said,noticing Shadow might have a chance to make two friends. Shadow barked at her owner softly and her owner patted her head before walking off.

Tracker's tail wagged happily as his owner finally came to take him off to training, the excited dog barking as the leash was hooked to his collar. When they reached the room and his leash was unhooked, he darted forward with a bark and leaped easily, and rather quickly through the hoops, tongue lolling out once he finished and sat down wagging his tail. He barked again, tail wagging as he panted, watching the other dogs curiously. Huh, they seemed quite contented. |

Shadow saw the new dog and said to the others,"Nice to meet you both. But I'm going to go talk to someone else so you can continue your conversation from earlier." She then trotted over to Tracker and tilted her head. "Hello. Who are you? I'm Shadow.",she said and waited for his answer.

Tasha looked at the digital bill board. Shadow had raised a little bit more, and on the other hand, Tasha raised $10,500,032. Tasha circled and sat down, and a woman came over to her and stroked her head. "Hello, girl, I'm Mrs. Antre. I've been speaking to your daddy and it looks like you might win. This is an estimate, but compared to all twenty of your trophies, I think you may be the best in show for your gender!" Mrs. Antre looked over at Kiba. "And you! You could be the best in show for your breed!" Mrs. Antre heel-toed off with her usual bubbly demeanor. Tasha tilted her head. (I do not understand why Mrs. Antre sounds a bit like Effie... Probably just my imagination.)
