That basically says it all, but just in case:
This is a summer camp where parents send their 'troubled' teens to be 'corrected'. They can really be troubled.... or their parents can be trippin'.... or the parents just want to send them away for the summer. Whatever. Its all fine. But the teens have to be 13 - 18 because before 13 they're not teens and after 18 their parents can't tell them to do anything they con't want to do. And no one wants to be here.
