Mei's Acute hearing could sense Calyx before she even got to her. Mer smiled and flew into the air. She curved around and flew straight at Calyx. She opened up her jaws and screeched. Soon enough, Mei Clamped her hand around Cloud's Neck. "Tsk, Tsk." Mei said. "Look who wants to mess with me." Mei said, Grinning. |

The smell of smoke and fire caused Anthony opened in eyes in surprise. He growled in annoyance and pulled out a bottle of water, downing it in several swigs. He pulled off his clothes and transformed into his dragon form and leaping into the air, knocking down several trees in the process. Once up in the air, he looked around for the source of the fire when he spotted something off in the sky. He felt dread well up into his stomach as he recognized Mei and Calyx. He swiftly flew over to them and bit at Mei's arm, trying to make her release Calyx.

Mei slung back her head, Whilst throwing Calyx and grabbing her bleeding arm. Mei turned her head to look at only Anthony. Mei's eye's turned black. Suddenly black fizz formed at the rim of her mouth. She opened her maw to release a beam of black energy, Straight at Anthony. "I don't have time for this." She said, Turning and darting away. |

Calyx let out a scream as she fell out of Meis grip.Blood driped from her neck. Cloud raised his head and jumped up in the air before he was smothered in black fire.he coughed from the smoke, but ignored it because he knew it wouldent hurt him, it just smelt bad. he saw Calyx in the air and smirked. " thats what you get you little brat..." he said.

The blast his Anthony square in the chest, causing him to tumble through the air. He righted himself and shook his head, instantly alert at the sound of Calyx's scream. He folded his wings and dropped into a steep dive. Once under Calyx, he snapped open his wings and spun around so he was flying upside down. He caught Calyx, flapping his wings madly to keep them both from landing in the burning trees.

Cloud hissed. drop her...she deserves it.....he thought. Clouds tree started to burn, and he got mad. he flew off his tree and just stared. suddenly he blew a huge ball of Blue fire, and it stopped the black fire.he smiled and noticed he was too late his tree was dead.

Anthony finally stabilized his flight and he landed safely on the scorched, but at least not burning ground. He gently placed Calyx down and snaked his head around to inspect her wound. Nothing serious. He hissed in relief and lowered his head so he was at eye level with her. "You ok?" he asked softly. |

Calyx nodded. She stamppered up, fell a few times but finnaly got on her feet.why did he help me?she thought looking into Anthonys eyes. Cloud hissed again and turned around. his bones clacked and clicked as he walked.the blue aurora inside him was low, saying that he was mad.

Sarai was far away by the time the black fire hit, she made her way past the darkened wood and over a small river. She stopped at a nearby rock formation that reminded her of her mountainous homeland. She was still in her human form, unaware of the other shapeshifters like herself

Anthony blinked and cocked his head, giving Calyx a small smile. "That's good." He shook his head, shaking off a few water droplets that had condensed on him before they could freeze into ice. He hated it when water vapor tried to turn him into a living cloud. "You need to watch out for that dragon, she wont hesitate to kill you." he said casually, ducking his head down to scratch his jaw with his back leg, much like a dog would. ((Hey, can I change Shad's powers to Fire and Metal instead of Ice and Metal? I don't like running around with two ice types >_>)) |
