Grace was splayed out on a bench, looking at the afternoon sun. Mlle was being awfully quiet, probably somewhere with Jake. She looked down at the edge of the bench to find Mlle's hand there. So she wasn't gone after all. "Hey, girl." Mlle gave Grace a warm smile. "Hey," Grace said back with an equally warm smile. The two of them chatted on about nonsense things, Mlle jumping up and down when she heard a topic that she really liked.

Thomas wasn't being a stalker. He wasn't! Then why was he hiding behind a tree, listening to Grace and Mlle's conversation? Thomas took a deep breath. He moved his footing, and he tripped, making a large 'thump!' noise as he hit the ground.

Grace spun around in the bench, finding Thomas laying on the ground. She didn't get up, but she said, "Hey. Are you okay?" She wondered why he was laying down beside a tree. All she heard was a thump, and there he was. Mlle looked at Thomas suspiciously. She thought something was going on.

"Yes, I'm fine," Thomas rubbed the back of his head, which had banged on the ground, and he discovered it was bleeding. "God dammit!" Thomas sighed. He couldn't use a band-aid on it, so he'd just have a bath and soak the cut in water.

"Mlle? What did she do wrong?" Grace looked at Thomas, one eyebrow raised. Nothing was wrong with Mlle stating the obvious. If Thomas insulted Mlle, they would have to have a heart to heart. More like a fist to face.

Grace walked to her cabin and pulled out her sketch book. She drew Sam manipulating earth. She finished that drawing fairly quickly. Then, she drew a picture of Mlle. She had to spend longer due to Mlle's long, wavy hair. She put the sketch book down and checked the clock. It was in the early afternoon.
