Lin sighed when he saw Naru, turning to Akatsuki. "Ready to go?" He asked walking over to the nurse to tell her that they were leaving.

Mai hissed at John who was gaurding her door, not allowing her to leave. "Let me go. I dont want to be in here. I want to be outside." She whined for the  thousandth time.

"We can't let you outside, its for your own good." Monk sighed. "You might try to dive into that lake again," He explained. "Why don't you get some rest? Naru should be back any minute now." He said.

"Uh, yeah," Akatsuki answered, quickly changing into her own clothes in the bathroom. She walked quietly back to Lin. She looked out of the window. That;s Naru, alright.

"I didnt dive in stupid. I fell in, I leaned over too far and fell in. I'm not suicidal you know." Mai's usual attitude leached through her voice as she growled at the two. She crossed her arms, glaring at the two.

"What's up, you look troubled." Lin stated when he had finaly caught up with Naru.

"Why were you even leaning? You shoud of known better," Monk snapped. "Did you see what happened to Lin and Akatsuki? What if something dragged you down and we couldn't save you? Ever think about that?!" Monk stomped out of the room.

Naru shrugged. "There's something wrong with Mai, and we might just have to drop the case," Naru said flatly, starting the car. Akatsuki climbed in and fastened her seat belt.

Lin hopped in growling with displeasure.

Mai's eyes began to tear up, John grimaced trying not to give in. "I saw mom, and dad. I wanted a closer look." She whined, anger flashing through her eyes. "How about this? You move and let me go, I wont hurt you. If you dont, I will have to hurt you, and that would be a shame." She growled standing up to full height.

Monk sighed. "Mabye its thanks snake thing? Dosen't Naru stil have it?" Monk clamped his hands over his mouth. "Whoops. Naru's going to be mad at me...." He slunk out of the room again.

Naru pulled in to the drive way. Akatsuki jumped out and walked up to the ouse. "Mai!" she chirped, running up to her room. "I'm baaaccckkkk!"

Mai's eyes twitched to the door, softening some, a smile spreading across her face. "Akatsuki, it's so good to see you! Do you feel any better?" She asked relaxing some.

Lin stepped out of the car.

"I'm good, you? And why is John forcing you to stay in this room?" She snapped, pushing John aside and sitting by mai. "What happened?"

"I honestly have no idea. They were scaring me with threats, like if I were to leave this room, they would let my drown in the lake. Oh Akatsuki, they were being so mean to me, its not fair." Mai burried her face in her hands, tears flowing from her eyes even though they were fake.

John sat there his jaw shooting open. "Thats not what happened. I swear. She was threatening us that if we didnt let her go she would hurt us. You cant believe her!" He protested, still amazed at how good an actress Mai was.

Akatsuki hissed. "What's your promblem?!" She snapped at the two. "I'm getting Naru." She stomped out of the room, running down stairs to Naru.
Naru!" She called.

"What?" Naru snapped. "Its Monk and John! They're haras.sing Mai." Naru rolle dhis eyes and followed her unstairs to Mai's room.

Akatsuki stared at Mai throughout the whole conversation. "Your not Mai." Akatsuki hissed, backing away. "I can't believe that I trusted you!" Naru just shook his head and watched. "I believe Akatsuki is right." He said finally.

((Im just going to use she, because if I dont, I will confuse myself, lol... Also, im leaving for acting so, ill be back in like an hour.))

She grimaced, hearing the sounds of her kin, crying out in pain. "I dont think that's an equal trade. I have looked through her memories and you treat her like the bugs in the gras.s while I cherish my brothers and sisters. I do not understand why you would go so far as to anger me for this useless human." Confusion spread across her face as she tried to comprehend the reasons and thoughts running through this boys head.

A vicious hiss escaped her throat as she lunged forward, missing the box by centimeters. Lin moved at the same Mai did, intercepting her move before she could reach Naru. He gabbed her wrists and pulling them behind her so she couldnt move. "No let him go, let him go!" She shrieked in an inhuman voice.
