Belle slowly grazed through the open field. The crisp air smelled so sweet, her mouth tasted of sugar. She was trodding through her favorite pink little flowers, keeping her head low to be sure she wouldn't be taken. Just last month, a pair of cows were taken and shoved into a roaring monster, never to be heard from again. Belle, and Belle alone, knew that they had been killed. Killed to feed the emperor species of apes down the trail. She knew of the language they used, what they called themselves. She didn't bother using it, she preffered 'Moolah' and 'Moolishious'. Belle trudged around, then saw Luna. "Hey there, enjoying the tall grass?"

(Too bad he has a girlfreind.) Belle didn't get a reply from Luna, so she decided to check out the new bull. She weaved her way through the heads and rears of other cows to say hello. She finally got through, a bit thankful that she hadn't been run over. "Hey there, are you the new steer in the meadow?" |

"No! No! It's just your so pretty..." he said staring at her. He shook his head to get back to reality. "Join me?" he said with a soothing voice. For some reason, Belle was easy to talk to. He always had trouble talking to other cows, especially ones he has never met. "I'm Zane."

"So your like the queen?" Zane said looking at all angles of her. "Awesome!" he smiled and gave her a nudge. "I want to show you something! Its just a little bit away." Zane motioned her towards a small mount of dead grass. He nuzzled through the dead grass and uncovered something that could impact every one. "Apples! I found them quite far from the herd, but their much more delicious than grass! And theres plenty more."

Belle looked closely at the apples. "It is very sweet of you to bring those for the herd, but... Those look like Octagon Orchard apples. The farm there is where they take us to be... Nevermind. But never go to Octagon Orchard, we can't risk losing another steer."
