Kaylee noticed Ben and Austin walk into the gym. Like Kaylee and Alaina, the two brothers were twins, but seemed to dislike each other. Kaylee found interest in their relation ship since it was so much like her own. 

The two parted, Ben to go with a large group, while Austin sat on his own. Kaylee listened to him, but didn't look directly at him. She noticed when his brother and friends were bullying him. After reading their thoughts, she became outraged.

Kaylee walked over and sat next to him. "Hey," she greeted. "Wanna go for a smoke?"

Alaina giggled. Alex and Jake were so mean, but in a funny way. The kind of way that outcasts wouldn't understand. She wasn't talking as much today, and she wondered absently what was wrong with herself. She went to flip her hair over her shoulder, and as she did, she dropped her book.

"Oh! I'll get it." It came from a new girl. She was pretty; long brown hair and large blue eyes framed with dark lashes. She was wearing a low-cut shirt, and as she bent down, Alaina saw a very revealing undergarment. She looked away, feeling awkward and embarr*censored*ed. 

"Haley, pull your shirt up," Alaina whispered after she had obtained her book. 

"Why are you looking at my boobs? Are you a lesbian?" Haley was clearly embarr*censored*ed, and this was her way of playing it off; all the same she pulled her shirt up. 

Alaina knew the comment meant nothing, but she couldn't help but blush. She hadn't really told anyone besides Kaylee; she thought her friends would leave her if they knew. 

((Sara's flaw is that she drinks. I forgot to add that in there. Sorry. I'll type my intros.))

Sara squinted as the light hit her eyes. She had slept in the hammock outside to keep from getting in a fight with her sister. She walked inside and brushed through her hair quickly and took a shower. She put on a red and black checkered skirt and wore some tights with it. She slipped on a black t-shirt that had a red rose on it and left for school. Without her sister.

Lexi had been at school for a few minutes now. She knew that Sara was planning on leaving her at home, but Sara was the one who got left. Lexi looked out of the gl*censored* door that was the entrance of the school to find Sara walking up the steps. Her mouth formed a perfect O as she wondered how she had gotten here.

"Hey, Lex," Sara said, an evil smirk on her face. "Thought you were gonna leave me, huh?"

"No. I just got here earlier, that's all," Lexi said, obviously lying.

"Well, walking to school wasn't all that bad." Sara left at that and walked to her locker which was next to a rather large group of talking students.

Alaina scanned the room as she normally did, looking for anyone intriguing. A busty uppercl*censored*man walked in, however her face look tired and used. Two lanky boys walked in, followed by a lone ball player. Lexi, a dirty-blonde twin, walked in; she was soon followed by Sara, the other twin. Alaina sighed; it seemed that all twins were the same. You had the good twin, who was slightly better than the other, and the bad twin, the one always looking for attention. 

Kaylee was the other twin. She was always picking at Alaina, saying scornful things. It was so obvious that she was jealous of Alaina, but would never admit it. At the beginning, it really hurt Alaina's feelings; she wasn't a bad person. Now she's used to it. 

Alaina smiled, put her books on a nearby bench, then trotted over to Lexi, grinning. "Lexi!" She through her arms around her. "I have missed you so much! How are you?" Her enthusiasm was hard to miss, and as expected, most of the gym was staring at her outburst.

Lexi hugged Alaina back and said. "How was your summer?" To her, Alaina was like the big sister she never had. She brushed some of her dark blonde hair out of her eyes. "I got a killer tan," she said, pointing to her legs which were exposed due to her wearing a mini-skirt. "We spent the whole summer at the beach. I got stung by like thirty jellyfish, but I had fun getting there," Lexi said, looking around the gym.

((Sorry I was sick yesterday, so I didn't get on the computer because I couldn't get up D: And I still am sick so I might not get on much.))

Austin looked up and at Kaylee but not straight at her. He had never smoked before, but he always wanted to know what it was like. "Well... I've never smoked before.." He thought about it. "But it's worth a try." His lip curled a little bit into a tiny smile. 

Ben said something which made the whole group laugh. Then most of the people in the group looked over at Austin, but then back. "Hey guys wanna hear something dumb about my brother?" Ben said with a big smirk.

Austin heard what his brother said and frowned. He couldn't help but letting his mind lift up a large item that Austin couldn't make out and threw it at Ben's back. Austin looked away right away to not look like he did it. 

Kaylee glanced at Austin, then back at his brother. She knew what he said before it came out of his mouth. She furrowed her brow; there were people you could hate because you were jealous, and then there were just jerks. Kaylee grabbed Austin's hand, and led him outside. 

The air blasted her face. She didn't realize how stuffy it was in the gym. She pulled out a cigarette, one without nicotine, and lit it. "What's with him?" She was asking about Ben, even though she already knew.

Alaina smiled big. She loved seeing friends after a long while. "Oh my summer was absolutely boring. Mom wouldn't let me go anywhere." There was a slight bitterness to her tone; she, of course, didn't have parents anymore. They grew old and died like everyone else.

"I love your skirt, girl. Maybe let me borrow it sometime?" Alaina winked, then laughed.

Austin slightly frowned, "He's just a big jerk, wants to be the boss of me. Since our parents... He just wants to be the boss." He said and pulled out a cigarette without nictotine and lit it. He sighed. "My brother is just a big jerk. He bullies me just because he knows somethings about me that make me sorta... Odd." He looked up at the sky.He wished that he could see what coulds looked like in the sunrise. But he wished to much.

Ben raised a eyebrow at Austin walking out with a girl. He smirked and looked back at the group. He thought about his brother, Heh... It's surprising that Austin can even talk to a girl. He laughed to himself but then started talking with "his" group again.

"Sure," Lexi said, laughing. "I'm so sorry that you didn't get to go anywhere over the summer. Next time, I should bring you instead of Sara," she said, laughing harder. "Anyways, you're much more agreeable than her. The whole time that we were over there, she started fights. Most of them were with guys. She won most of them," she said, looking down. Sara could make people attack themselves, kill themselves even. Lexi shivered at the thought of a guy beating himself to death with a baseball bat.

Sara got to her locker and pulled out her 'water bottle'. It wasn't full of water. It was full of whiskey. She popped the top to the aluminum container and took a swig. She squinched her eyes up and put it back into her messenger bag. She wasn't feeling well. There were a few things that were horrible about her power: using it made her crazy, and occasionally, it made her suicidal. That's why she drinks. She drinks to keep her from going crazy.

Someone asked Ben if he brought something. Ben nodded, "But it's in my locker. I'll go get it." Ben smiled and walked out the gym and to his locker p*censored*ing by a girl he glanced at but then looked back down the hall.

Once he got to his locker, which wasn't far, he opened it up and moved some things around and took out a book that had it's ti
tle all scribbled on so nobody could read it. He put everything back and closed his locker. He looked at the book then started walking back.

Kaylee didn't say anything. She didn't know what to say. Smoke flew from her mouth and into the space above her. 

"Yeah my sister…" She paused. "Alaina is just better than me. And I get jealous so easily." Kaylee paused again, her eyes narrowed. She felt angry. "She's just so…perfect. She's good at everything she does, and she can communicate easily with people. It just sucks that there are people like me living in a world with people like her," she murmured.

She dropped her smoke and smashed it into the ground. It felt awkward; Kaylee usually never told anyone things that made her look weak. "What do you have first block?" she asked, trying to get away from the awkward.

"Oh my goodness! Why would a girl want to win a fight against a guy? That just makes her look manly and unattractive." Alaina felt cruel for saying it, but it was the truth. 

"Kaylee would always fight with me. I don't know what's wrong with her." She sighed, scanning the room for her sister. Kaylee was no where to be found. I hope she's not skipping again.  

Austin thought, "I think I have P.E... Yeah I do." He sighed and didn't mind the awkwardness. He looked over to the trees that were blowing in the wind. A little baby squirrel had fallen out of it's nest in the tree above it. Austin felt bad for it and couldn't help but letting his mind lift it up onto it's nest. He smiled at that and looked back, he had forgotten Kaylee was there and hope she didn't see the squirrel.

Ben reached the gym and walked in, he threw the book to his friend Alex with a page bookmarked. Alex grinned at the picture, "Ben your the best! Now to see where... Oh here we are so the room should be... Ah here!" The group crowded and looked, but Alex closed the book and gave it to Ben. "Good boy." Alex patted Ben on the head and left with the rest of the group. Elix was still next to Ben giggling, but Ben narrowed his eyes and walked off and sat down on a bench. He saw two girls talking and raised a eyebrow but he shrugged a little and looked away.

Sara walked to the outside area. She sat down on the rail and thought silently. She wasn't thinking about anything really. She just was... figuring things out. She peered in the window into the gym and looked back out. She really was anti-social. She didn't want people to see the weakness in her.

Lexi looked at Alaina and said, "I know, right!" She put her hands in the air and smiled, happy that she wasn't the only one that thought that. "But, she ended up getting drunk again. That's when she almost killed herself..." Lexi looked down, hating the mention of her sister's near death experience.

Elix came up to Ben and grabbed his hand and led him outside. She frowned and told him something. Ben was silent for a long time. He opened his mouth like he was gonna talk but nothing came out. Elix walked off with a deep frown. Ben was still frozen with his mouth open, he put his hands around his head and leaned against a tree and slid down.

Austin noticed his brother, "I'll be right back..." He got up and ran over to Ben. "Uh Ben are you okay?" Ben looked up, "Have you been smoking?" Ben frowned. Austin ignored the subject and kept on asking if he was okay. But like always he got chased away and went back and sat down back with Kaylee.

Ben sighed and sat down again and groaned a little.
