The waitress nodded and gave the group a polite smile. She walked off, and then returned soon after with a large jug of water and glasses. She placed them on the table and left again.
Madi was first to the water, pouring herself a full glass and drinking it all in one big gulp. Azon took a glass too, and filled it up. He was careful not to drink all the water at once, so he didn't get sick. Madison was itching to get another glass of water, but she thought it was better to let the others pour themselves some first. |
