Blake didn't laugh at that. His eyes stayed locked on her as she moved to peek outside. "Someone, somewhere, hm?" he mused quietly to himself. He tilted his head to one side and glanced at the spot where the demon had vanished before shifting his attentions to where it appeared. With a quick once-over in his head, he said; "This place has been compromised. I suggest we move somewhere else."

"fine...." I really liked this place.... She said and then thought to herself as she started to pack her few belongings. One of which was a yin-yang pendant from her father. It was orange and blue instead of black and white. She ahd never really thought about the meaning... until now...

Blake watched from the corner of his eyes as she packed up her meager belongings. Even though he had a semi-distant look on his face, deep down, he was burning with guilt. Here he was, telling her that she had to uproot her life because of something a demon said. Mainly because of what the demon implied. A low growl rumbled in his throat.

Blake nodded as he took one last look around her home. Did she have everything she needed? Did she know she might not be coming back? Hell, he wasn't used to this *censored*. He climbed out after Avalia and quickly checked the surrounding area; just to make sure they weren't in any immediate danger. Once he checked all his blinds and confirmed they were alone, he turned to Avalia. "Follow me," he said.

Blake glanced over his shoulder as he continued to walk towards the fence they had jumped over earlier. "To my place. Its a little more protected since I am part of the US Army. And besides, nobody but the people in my special division know where it is."

"I thought my place was protected." she grumbled, a bit angry about having to move just because of a silly demon. Granted, this demon had been able to attack her, but she could have taken it down. As she thoguht, she subcontiously said a few choice swear words that shouldn't be repeated near young children...

Blake stopped and turned to face Avalia. His eyes set in such a way that he was in no mood to argue. "Your place was a cave," he stated simply. Not really caring if he offended her at the moment. Then, he turned and continued to lead the way to his apartment.

Blake stopped in front of a rather large apartment building. His green eyes flicked to Avalia and he replied; "Here. My CO requires us to live in nonde so we don't draw attention to ourselves. Should be safe here since there are motion sensors in like every room." He snorted and smiled slightly at the last sentence. His CO also required that.
