Lorelei just kept going forward, looking around. Being out in the rain wasn't very healthy, and he seemed really upset.
After a little while, Lorelei found James, standing alone in the rain. She moved towards him, looking genuinely worried. "James...? Are you okay...?" she asked, nit really caring that she, her silver hair, amd her pretty dress and bow were soaked.

Cat come up beside Lorelie, she noticed the lipring but didn't say anything about it. "Hey Cat, Lorelie." He said curtly, refusing to look at them or shake his wet hair out of his face. "What happened?" Cat asked, "I don't even know, ok?" James said. "Apparently, I don't care about anything but fame... money... fans." He said the last word and looked at them both.
"Apparently! I'm a jerk that let 'fame' get to him, who doesn't listen to his friends..." James said sadly. "They're not my friends! If they were my friends they would be happy for me, they wouldn't care if I liked to be nice to my fans... and if fame had only gotten to me and not them, then they wouldn't care if I had more fans than they did or not."
"Are you James?" Cat asked. That threw James off, "What?" He asked, looking at her. "Are you a jerk that let fame get to him?" She asked again. "No! ...I don't think so..." James said, "Do you guys think so?" He asked.

Lorelei moved forward to put a hand on James's shoulder, giving him a gentle smile. "No, we don't," she said. Sure, she had earlier, but Cat had been right. Now that she had talked to him, he was an alright guy.
She moved to give him a friendly hug, looking up at him. "And it shouldn't matter what others think of you, it should be what you think of yourself..."

"Yeah... I'm James." James said absentmindedly. He was, yet again, completely thrown off by the hug. He stood with his arms out for a few seconds before he slowly put his arms on her back, they were both soaking wet. "Thanks..." he said, nodding at Cat. Cat smiled and nodded. "So... you plit up?" Cat asked sadly. "I guess so. I don't think they want me around any more." James said, then shrugged. "And I don't want to do anything to make it worse than it already is..." James said. "You can't!" Cat said, "Love Cycle can't split up! You have no idea... what kind of effect your music has on your fans..." She said, shaking her head. "The Black Roses sing the same thing as everyone else does... but your music... You guys can't split up!" Cat said finally.

Lorelei shook her head, then went to place her forehead against James's chest, though it was mostly because he was warm at this point. "If you won't listen to your fans, then how about a neutral party?" she asked, smiling. "Every band has its own purpose, and the members should all work together to meet that purpose..." she said softly, ignoring the chill that was beginning to seep through her dress to reach her skin. "Because the members of a band are...a family of sorts...and families fight all the time. Getting over those fights makes you stronger as a whole..."

James thought about what she said. "Ok... I'll sort this out, later." He looked at the small group. "But right now we need to get out of the rain, let's go to my house." He suggested, he almost moved until he realized Lorelie was still attached.
