(Sorry!) Chanel completely forgets about the sheet music that she was going to tell her fellow band members. I need to run home and get something, Chanel says. Chanel walks out of Akalia's house and runs back to hers. "I forgot, my sheet music was torn up!". Chanel Calls Akila's house and says she will be back in ten minutes. Time to tape this together. |

"Yeah, I did.I'm going to finish them up tonight.I had some lyrics written down but I was stuck on one part.The one I had started is a very special one to me so I'm trying to find the perfect words for it."She told Akila with a smile, before looking at Lev."Oh, thanks fro helping me Lev.You have no idea how hard running to Akila's house with a keyboard is."She said with a small laugh before double checking to make sure it was not scarred up."Well at least it's in good condition still."

Chanel tapes all the pieces together. She quickly folds it up in her pocket. "I cannot look like this." Chanel says and she changes into her skinny jeans, T-shirt and paperboy cap. She slips on her hoody and runs out the door. She quickly gets to Akila's house. Chanel knocks. Akila answered and Chanel said," Boy, do I have something to show you."

James stopped when a girl stepped in front of him with a pen and a small notepad. "Y-you're... James! From -?!" Her quickly put his hands on her mouth. "Yup! But don't say my name out loud... I'm in disguise." He said with a crooked grin. She nodded and he removed his hand. :wanna sit down?" He asked, pointing to a bench. She flushed a furious red, but nodded and followed him to the bench. Clutching her pen and paper to her chest for life support. "What's your name?" He asked. "K-kate... but my frinds call me 'Cat'" She said. "Ok, Cat... Can I call you Cat too?" He asked nicely, earning another blush and a nod. "Cool. You want me to sign that?" He asked, looking at the pen and paper. "Please?" She asked, handing him th things. He took them and wrote "From: James Alexander! To: My friend, Cat." and handed it back to her. "Oh! Thanks so much!!" She squealed. "No problem." H smiled.

"Akila, What's Wrong?" Chanel turns around she sees nothing but the beatiful flowers growing beside Akila's house. Chanel Looks all around but sees nothing. Chanel panicks inside but she din't want anyone to notice.

"Just tell everyone that I'll be right back."She said. She went into her room. Her mom was there. "What did you want mom?"She asked, grabbing her new song. "It's about the Battle of the Bands. I don't think you guys are ready. So, you're not going."Her mom told her. Right when her mom said that Akila ran downstairs. "Yes I am mom. I don't care what you say about it. Music is me. It's my life."

Tears started rolling down Akila's face. Kristen ran in and hugged her. "Akila what happened."Kristen asked. "My mom told me that I'm not going to the Battle of the Bands. But I am. I can't risk the Love Cycle to win. It's our first time at the Battle of the Bands. It's like the song 'Over by Drake'."She said.

Lev looked up as Akila ran down, looking concerned. "Does your mother not approve of us going...?" he asked somewhat sadly, tilting his head. He didn't like to see family fighting....
When Akila started crying he moved over to put a hand on her shoulder. "I'm sure things will turn out okay..." he said gently.
