Robin rushed towards Leanna, but she couldn't see Emmy. "What's going on?" Robin called out. She stared at the monster in horror. What is that thing? Her mind wondered.
{{Bahaha. xD So confused, so if this doesn't make sense I'll edit it. I'm not sue if Kyle and Leanna are invisible or anything. o_o'}}

((Robin is way behind. Leanna is dead /is trying to figure out ways to revive her, may involve Emmy, more to come shortly/ ))
Kyle had transported Leanna's body out of the room, and was running his fingers through her hair. He stifled a sob.
Leanna isn't alright. She is dead. Totally dead. I know a way to revive her, but I don't have enough power left to do it. She used a spell that kills people instantly to destroy that monster. She is dead.
Kyle couldn't hold in his tears to tell her more. He burst out into hysterical sobs, not sure whether he would even make it through separation from her. She had been in his mind for as long as he could remember, and it was like having half of him brutally ripped out.
I could have done something. Made her take her ring off so she couldn't use the spell. I am totally responsible, and I can't bring her back.
Suddenly an answer hit Kyle like a freight train. There might be a way to save her. Just maybe...
Hey Jen, can you get Emmy for me? I need to talk to her now.
He looked at Leanna with tear filled eyes.
There is still hope. I'll do anything to bring you back.
((Told you it had to do with Emmy. Hold onto your hats folks, you're in for a plot twist XD By the way, thanks for the high compliment quar. I didn't know I was that good a manipulating plots. ))

(( Well, sorta. I'll tell you once you get to where Kyle and dead Leanna are. It's complicated, and it twists the plot. Without plot twists, things would get boring and we would stop posting. ))

Emmy ran through the big hallways and came to a halt at the sight of the large Iron door. 'Kyle? whats wrong?' Emmy asked in a Try-not-to-panic voice.

Leanna died Emmy.
He turned his gaze, not wanting to see the tears he was sure were rolling down the poor girls cheeks. He looked back at her and brushed a strand of hair out of her face.
I know a way I think I can bring her back though. Leanna and I knew you were an elf. Young elves have a lot of special powers, and it was relatively obvious once we talked about it in each others minds. Yeah, you aren't the only one who can do that. Most elves with strong trusts can do that, and well, Leanna and i heard each other better than anyone in history.
He looked away. He couldn't let Emmy see the tear that was rolling down his face. He was the adult. He needed to be strong for her.
One of the miraculous powers young elves have is seeing the future. It is there most powerful, and most useful tool once they learn how to control it. It always goes away once they grow there actually magic, but it is useful to no abound nonetheless. I don't have enough power in me to preform too powerful spells, and you don't have the use of offensive magic yet. So I ask you this: will you give me your power to see the future so I can save Leanna? I won't keep the power, all of its energy will be expended, and you can never get it back.
There was a moment of deafening silence. Kyle couldn't believe how hard she had to think about this.
Emmy, what are you going to do?

Emmy thought hard. Her ability to see the future was the only thing that had kept her and the others alive. She would be dead with out it, and she knew it. If she were to give it up... who knows how long she would last. Then she rethought. Her friends were more important than her life. She began the process of transferring her vision power. The moment she did she saw a vision of many people walking around. Like in the city she lived in before this happened. What really shocked her was she was not much older, maybe by a few years, and was walking with Leanna and Kyle across the street. They were meeting Jen, Robin, Ash, Z, and Isiah at a coffee shop. Emmy snapped back to reality and her vision powers were gone, or as they thought.
(( after Leanna is revived can we all do a big time skip to that time? and then.... drum role... it all starts again? Like someone outside the coffee shop gets the disease and spreads it? Or even Emmy never really lost her visions and sees it coming?))

(( I don't know, we still have that vision from before that we have to work with, you know with our heads at gunpoint? And we should have a large apocalaliptic taking over the zombies and saving the world thing in my opinion. Where maybe everyone gets their powers back. ))
Kyle felt a burst of energy run through his veins. Emmy's magic had definitely been transported into him.
Here we go Leanna. Time to bring you back.
Kyle said a few words, and Leanna did nothing for an horrible minute. Then, her eyes started opening, and she sat up and hugged Emmy and Kyle.
You are guys are the best. Emmy, there is something we need to tell you.
Kyle looked at Leanna, and they nodded at each other.
Emmy, Leanna has a little of your vision power in her. She can give some of it back. I couldn't tell you because if there was no sacrifice in the spell, it wouldn't work. You had to fully believe that you would never get your powers back. They will never be as strong as before, but she can give you most of them back.
Leanna put a hand on Emmy's forehead. She felt the magic drain from her. Emmy's visions would never be as powerful, but they could still save their butts. Leanna hugged Emmy again.
Thanks for caring Emmy. I know I have put you through so much, and Kyle and I had an idea.
Leanna smiled. This was definitely something she had wanted to do. She and Kyle said the words together.
Emmy, can we adopt you?

Emmys eyes started to water, "YES!" she screamed in joy. Words could not describe how happy she was. She grabbed both of their hands and ran to the main part of the safe house to tell every one the news. As the entered the room, so did men in suits busting down the door. "We are the protection force searching for kids and adults to save." He spoke in a load firm voice as then men put guns to our heads. "More like jail time!" Emmy said as they 'escorted' them out the door. "Maybe you should be more polite when 'saving' someone!"
((bold is the men in suits. ANYONE can make them say things.))

Emmy, be quiet.Leanna whispered to her. Something like this was bound to happen eventually, they had always known that. Hey, Mr. protection force guy? Is there a bathroom nearby? I am about to pee myself.The guy from the protection force stared at Leanna like she came from an alien planet. Well, I suppose we can stop just once, if it is that bad. I think there is a place right near here. Everyone out, and everyone goes, I won't stop again and it is a five hour drive.Leanna winked at the others. She hoped that they knew she wasn't really planning on sitting on the lu. This guy was about to get a roundhouse kick to the face. Kyle, Emmy, you guys ready?I'm ready Leanna.Leanna thought she heard Emmy say something, but she didn't process it because the protection guy opened the door. Leanna walked out with the group, and promptly kicked the guy in the face, then the intestines. As he sprawled on the ground, she saw Kyle working a few magic spells on the poor man, binding him up. She could only imagine what the others were doing. She motioned to Kyle and he jumped in the drivers seat of the car. Everyone in! We are going to bust out of this place!They checked to make sure everyone was in the car, and Leanna double checked to make sure Emmy was there too. You know where to take us Kyle?Indeed I do.Then step on it!Kyle pounded the floor and the car zoomed off at top speed. |

(( Leanna is not dead anymore, we got taken by a "protection agency" who pointed guns at our heads, Leanna roundhouse kicked a guy in the face, and we stole a car. I think we should do a huge take back the world from zombies thing soon, then we can live normally for a few days, then another zombie apocalypse strikes again, and we have to scrape by. Just my opinion. Hope I didn't just confuse you more ))

Emmy liked the big tank like hummer. It made her feel safe. She ofter did better in cozy places. The men in suits started shooting the tires. POP! there goes a wheel. The second shoot hits and shatters the back window. Emmy screamed and ducked down as glass flew every where. "where are we going?!" Emmy shouted over the sound of bullets hitting the hummer. Emmy's eyes began to get blurry. 'is it a vision?' she thought to herself. Then she felt the pain strike. This was no vision. A piece of glass had entered Emmy's skin between her spine and kidney. She coughed up a bit of blood and shivered with the horrible sensation of pain. "L-Lean-nna?" her voice was extremely shaky.

Kyle was trying his hardest to cast protection spells around the hummer and still drive the thing. Leanna knocked out a couple of the men in black (couldn't resist XD) before she heard a frail voice calling her name. She looked behind her and saw Emmy, and saw blood oozing out of her chest and a piece of glass sticking out. Leanna shrieked almost as hard as she ever had.
Emmy! Oh my gosh EMMY!
She knocked out another five guys in black before rushing over to her little girls side, terrified beyond belief.
Emmy, look at me, you are going to be ok. This will hurt a lot so I am going to knock you out, but you will be ok. I love you sweetheart.
Leanna said a spell, and she could just imagine the darkness swirling behind her little one's eyes. She started to work immediately, and soon had the piece of glass out, but the wound was bleeding tremendously. She would have to work quickly, or Emmy would not survive.
Leanna said a long series of complicated spells, and the wound slowly began to heal up. There was a long, jagged pink scar on Emmy's chest, but other than that it looked completely normal. Kyle's protection spells were slowly failing, and a fine mist of dust fell in the Hummer. Leanna hated to, but she took her eyes off of Emmy and put a few extremely strong spells around the car. Now she could here the bullets bouncing off with satisfying clunks, and the sounds of the black clad men grew further and further away. She looked at Emmy. Now it was just a waiting game to see if her little girl would survive, because the spell Leanna had cast to make her pass out was a very good one. Emmy might not even feel anything when she woke up. Now she just had to wait some of the longest minutes of her life, staring at her little one and listening to the soft roaring of the Hummer's engine.

Emmy regained consciousness and looked around. She didn't know what was going on. Everything was so blury. She soon went unconscious again, and began to 'dream' of men with lab coats and wire attached to her. Emmy looked around, "I think its time we test subject 1.0. The others seem to be lacking many her her skills. Its amazing what we'll be able to do with her brain when were done testing her" the white coats said. She couldn't tell if it was real or not, but she could feel every wire. Had the caught us? Then everything went black again.
(( I'm thinking it would be a awesome time doing the escape but it can just of been a dream if you want.))

(( Everyone is with us. Everyone. And you know, I think someone has read maximum ride recently XD I think it should be a dream for right now, maybe a drowsy vision that we can use later, but right now we just need to escape. ))
