Jen, not shaking hands, said "My name is Jen. I just got here a mere 20 minutes ago, and I'm not sure I wanna stay."
Jen's legs got tired, from her long journey here, and sat down. " I'm not sure about you but I don't like cramped spaces."

Leanna takes back her hand, taken aback by how easily the girl did not trust her. "Did I offend you in some way?" She asked, looking at Jen and then the other girl who still had not said a word. "I think this place does pale in comparison to the place i was before, but it is more spacious. I think I might be able to do something for you." She rummaged through her backpack, and brought out what looked like a ring. She put it on, and mumbled a few words. Soon, all the broken car seats had been replaced by plush cushions, and all the dead rats were replaced by more delectable pieces of meat, that seemed were to be just waiting to be cooked up. Leanna put the ring back in her backpack, and sat down. "You going to sit down or just keep staring at me like a frog?" she chuckled.

Jen, unsure of what to do just looked around the room in amazement. (( she was already sitting xD)) She snapped back to her old self and said "Princess you say? Then I imagine you have some sort of training. Nothing was following you right?"

Leanna sighed, surprised at how blind the girl was. "You had all the zombies in the city following you, I was watching. I tried to avoid them, but they know the safe haven is here. I slipped about three fourths of them, and them destroyed most of the rest, but a few followed me. Which is why, I am going to do this for right now." She took out her ring, and mumbled a few more words. Immediately, a large stone block fit into the hole where they had entered. "There," she said "no zombies. If a human comes, I will just ask for voice recognition. If they say anything, they are human. If they don't," her eyes sparkled mischievously, "well, lets just say I can take care of the zombies."

Zorey had been clearly phased out in a drunken stupor, or just mad. Or both. Throughout the past moments she had managed to gobble down the precious other-worldy looking meat, the last of her flask, and stared at the dwindling flames.
She rose, sniffing at the air, as if she could detect anything; although her eyes spoke in volumes that her actions truly did nothing. For her, at least, being of animal kind, she hadn't obtained the keen sense of smell. She belched, in attempt to cover her mild embarrassment. wwws"Well then, since there are enough people here... I suppose we should keep thts.e fire going."
She rose from the tattered car seat and moved swiftly to the large stack of wood. "I think I got enough for... say.. 2 or 3 nights... but we should move on soon...", she spoke as if she knew these people- as if they suddenly had become travel buddies.
Quickly she picked up six large pieces of wood, three craned under each arm. Though she was either drunk, or mad... She seemed to trust the others to the fullest extent... And had more strength than that little body could possibly handle...
(( XD sorry, missed out a bit... had to catch up :P
And, as stated before. ANYONE, new, young old.. I don't care! Everyone is welcome :3 ))

Leanna stared at the other girl in disbelief, amazed that she could get out of her stupor and not even tell them her name. Then, she turned and said to Jen, "Did I SAY anything about poofing zombies? Worst comes to worst, I crush them in the tunnel, and dig us another way out of here. And sweetheart, that fake trail wasn't good enough, cause by the time I arrived, almost every one of them had found you." She turned to the other girl, and stared her in the eyes, "And I still haven't heard, what's your name?"

Zorey spit with a an angry crack of her chapped lips. She did not like when some question her methods. If theres anything Zorey knew how to do, it was survive. She had to, for her people. IF she ever found them again.
"Miss, I don't very much care who you're special for. 'Cuz in case ya hadn't notice, the world's lost more than half it's population to the disease. So if you want to complain about my methods, I reccomend you find someplace else to do so before I get frisky." she patted her back, shifting the leathery wings to show the handle of a shotgun.
"'Sides, this place isn't too safe. Not compared to the outside of the city- lot less of them wallkers out there. But we gotta get out quietly, or else we'll be dealing with a horde" she muttered somewhat under her breath, frustrated at the newcomers, but also not one to leave anyone behind. She turned her head mildly "They can't get in through that tunnel, too tight of a squeeze. Plus, they're stupid. It's that door back there that I'd be worried about." she looked toward the stacked mattresses. "Thats the vault door. Enough zombies out there, they'll be able to open it up with enough fidgeting." she smiled. "Oh yeah, this here is a bank vault- so nothings getting in here"
She slumped down against the matresses, drew out a cigarette from her shirt, and lit the tip with the flickering flames- it almost seemed like the fur on her face would burn, but not even the tips where singed.
She sighed, not the least bit concerned of the rude comments- "Miss, you might want to learn to be nice to the few survivors, it just may mean your own survival." she grinned, then smiled. Smiling was hard for her. "
"And ya can call me Z. That's it."

" Well I'm gonna go find somewhere out of town to stay for the night. I don't care if either of you tag along. We need more water and food supply's if we are gonna stick together. Like I said before I don't like cramped spaces. And it reeks of dead flesh in here." Jen turns to where the hole once was, then turns and looks back at Leanna "Mind moving the rock for me?"

It was clear that the two females wanted to leave. Zorey understood this all too well, having been the mayor of New New Yorks daughter and spokeswoman for the national anthropomorphic community. Though, it seemed as though all from that time had vanished. The blank look on her face grew more intense while she thought over the situation.. "Well, I sure won't let you two do it alone, Dyonisi would frown apon it." with that name, she brought her paw to her chest, ears and tail perked up, and her wings stretched out. It was as if life had been awakened inside her, because before this, she was lifeless.
"I'm an avid bowman. If I can find..." she quickly began rustling amongst the trash and junk around the room, with very quick swiftness. Her wings stretched out behind her back- the sight was odd, almost as if she where flying.. but she was running.
"There! Ahah! You must be lucky charms then.." she beamed brightly at them, holding up a long band of wood, slightly curved, not perfect, but in the shape of a bow. She attached a long sturdy string with some sort of elasticity- she had taken it from her boot. She was missing a shoestring.
"I can hunt with this, catch better animals. Not to mention kill off some of the dead."... She stepped closer to the fire "Do either of you have any skills? Anything- if you could sew, then you'd probably be good with a knife. Cooking? Something long and heavy. Buiisness? Try to calculate the best way to get out of this God-forsaken town."
That was the most she'd spoken in months, although it came out fluently and clear as if she'd been planning it for months.
"If what Leanna said is true, that the dead are working that tunnel, then I won't take the risk. Through the front of the bank we end up across the street from a subway- the tunnels will be safest, but we need light first. It sounds more terrible than it is, but the dead have flesh that will burn for hours- take a bit and wrap it on the end of a stick, light it, and we've got light." she smiled as warmly as she could. And since this was the longest she had been sober in months, she even gagged slightly.
((Zorey has quite the story XD))

Robin entered Destination Safe uneasily. She smelled fire. She reached a wall, and placed her hand on it. Seeing a hole, she let out a groan. She crouched down, and crawled though the hole, finally crawling though the short tunnel. She brushed the dirt off on her jeans. She started to walk towards the weaponry storage, because she was still paranoid that something was going to come and kill her. Stepping on a lump, she jumped back. It was a dead rat. Gross! Her mind screamed.

Jen looked at Z, " I'm a pretty good aim and you kinda have to be good with a knife in these days. I have 3 matches, some food, a empty canteen, and some weapons. It's best to travel light, and we can always come back. What supplys do you guys have?" She asked, shooting a glance at Leanna's big pack.

Jen looked at the rock that was blocking the tunnel, hearing something. Without thinking she said " Hello? Somebody there?" Then realizing what she did and that the thing on the other side of that rock might be infected her hand flew over her mouth. She rarely made mistakes like that, but the minute she does she regrets it.
