"I'd like to be your friend," Sarah said, smiling. She pushed a strand of hair behind one ear, staring at him for a moment. "So," there was a pause. "What do we do now?"

"Fine then," Jason said cautiously, letting his muscles relax. "Then why're you crying? What's the difference between you and him, anyway? You're both evil."

"What do you want most in the world?" Josh asked, stretching out his wings absentmindedly. "With my ability to just poof from place to place, I could get you whatever -or whoever- you want." 

"Hmmm" Liam thougght for a moment, "I'd ask if you wanted to have asnack or something, but you're kind of a vampire."

"You're half demon and you're not evil." Ashlee countered, "the difference between me and Josh, is that he likes beign bad. I don't, not really. But not like it would really matter to you. You're an angel."

Deomi shrugged, "I never really thought about exactly what I want in the world." she paused for a moment, "but what if I can't help you?" she asked.

Rolling her eyes, Sarah only sat down on the bed again. "Don't you find it weird," she said, "That you're not trying to kill me?"

"I'm not half demon," Jason snarled, bristling in defense. "Not hardly. There's only a trace of demon blood in my veins. Not enough to compare to you." Hands balling into fists, he exhaled slowly, lowering the tone of his voice. "What do you want me to do? I can't exactly make you an angel."

"All I ask is that you try," Josh said, his smile more than charming. "That's all I can ask, after all."

Liam shrugged, "I guess we should ll be judged by who we are as individuals, not by what we are as a species or whatnot." he said,

"I never said I wanted to become an angel. But I can be like one." Ashlee said, "I've been trying, and i become less and less like a demon every day."((i cant really think of what to do with her :))

Deomi smiled, "fine. I will try. If you promise to cooperate." she said, crossing her arms.

{ lol! x3 I spent today and yesterday at my Grandparents because my parents may or may not be getting divorced. <3 Gotta love Christmas time. }

"Personally, I've always believed that," Sarah said, smirking at him. "I just find it a relief that I can be in a room with another immortal and not have them try and rip out my throat."

"Then why are you crying?" Jason said nervously, ruffling his wings uncomfortably. "It's not like he's stalking you and making you be bad. And it sounds like you've got everything under control, so..."

"Your wish is my command," Josh purred, holding out a hand for her to shake. "Consider me your genie in a bottle... only I'm far more attractive and I'm not limited to three wishes."

Liam shrugged, "well you might think a little differently if you were me, many a vampire has tried ripping out my throat." he said casually.

"can you help me?" Ashlee asked, "be a better me?"

Deomi laughed and shook her hand, "How do you know you're more attractive than a genie?" she asked.

Sarah only laughed lightly, staring at the ceiling again. Lost in her own thoughts and feelings, she grew silent.

"I wouldn't know where to start," Jason said, clearing his throat. "I wouldn't know what to do."

Josh drew her hand to his mouth, kissing it lightly. His eyes sparkled as he winked. "I've met one." he explained as he stood up and let her hand drop. "Not the prettiest creatures around, hun. Believe me." Wrapping his wings around himself, he disappeared from sight with a small puff of smoke. His words echoed softly on the wind, as if they were being spoken from a far distance away.

"I'll see you around..." 

Liam folded his arms across his chest, "what?" he asked, curious about her sudden silence.

Deomi watched the spot where Josh had been with a look of wonder on her face. Then she wondered vagueley where Jason had gone, and if she should tell him about Josh. She decided it was better not to.

Ashlee looked at the ground, "I don't know either." silent tears began to slid down her cheeks again.

Sarah jumped, startled by his voice, and looked at Liam with an ex
pression that was similar to guilt. "What do you mean, what?" she said, frowning as she pulled her knees close to her chest. "You scared the living daylights out of me!"

Josh rematerialized at his house, a small but friendly place that was decked out in expensive furniture. He walked inside, feeling accomplished, and started to make himself something to eat in the kitchen. He was a master at waiting; patience was his specialty. If Deomi wanted to take it slow, so would he. But the moment he got her alone....

Jason swallowed against the lump forming in his throat. "D-don't cry," he said in a panicked voice, wiping at the tears on her cheeks with one hand. "I'll help you. Just please stop crying. I hate it when people cry." 

"you got quiet." Liam replied, "what are you thinking about?"

Ashlee made it look like she was actually trying not to cry, but let a few fake tears slip past. ((ugh. fail XD))

Sarah pulled a blank, cheeks heating up. "Um," she stuttered, thinking of a believable lie. "Nothing. I wasn't thinking of anything."

Jason rested one hand on her shoulder, trying not to look too anxious. "Jason," he said quietly. "My name is Jason. What's your name?"

"I'm Aslee." she said quietly, looking over at Jason and forcing a small, tentative smile.

"Oh yeah, I'll believe that." Liam said, rolling his eyes.

"Alright. Ashlee. Stop crying, really. I said I'd help you out. So you have to stop crying." Jason pulled his hand back, running it through his ruffled black and white hair.

Sarah frowned. "You'd laugh at me if I told you." 

"I promise i wont." Liam said with a complete straight face.

Ashlee sniffed one last time and wiped the last of her tears away, and some of her smudged makeup, "okay. I'll try."

Jason only blinked, frowning, and glanced at his watch. "Sh!t," he hissed. "I'm really, really sorry, but I left my friend waiting and I need to go meet up with her..." Handing her a small white card with his number on it, he stood up and backed away from the bench. "Call me."

Wrapping his multi-colored wings around himself, he disappeared from sight with a small puff of silver smoke. He reappeared next to Deomi. "Hey."

Sarah, moving one blonde curl behind her ear, only exhaled slowly. "Okay.... I was thinking about you." Cheeks warming again, she corrected herself. "Well, not like that, but rather about everything that happened today. And how nice you've been." 

Liam grined, "what can I say? I'm a nice guy." he said with a shrug.

Deomi jumped in suprise as Jason appeared beside her, "Hi." she said, blushing slightly in embara$$ment.

Ashlee snickered, then vanished herself, just seeming to melt into the wind. The longer she was on earth, the lest she relied on her wings to teleport. She materialised inside of Josh's house, sprawled casually on his sofa.

"And I was also thinking," Sarah continued, standing up and starting to approach him. She had a sly, seductive look on her face. "I never really got to thank you properly."

"Hi," Jason said, wrinkling up his nose unpleasantly as he caught a whiff of Josh's scent. However, he paid it no attention, and sat down next to Deomi. "Sorry it took me so long; I ran into an old friend and she seemed upset, so I didn't want to leave..."

Josh, clearly unamused, turned to face Ashlee with a delicious-looking grilled cheese in one hand. "Really," he said as he sat down on a black leather recliner. "Must you materialize on my three thousand dollar couch?" Rolling his eyes, he took a bite of his sandwich. "So, how're things with the little half-breed pest?" 

"Thank me?" Liam half-asked. His instincts told him to step back, but the look on her face drew him closer.

Ashlee rolled her eyes and vanished again, reappearing so that she was straddling Josh on the chair, "that better?" she asked mischieviously, taking his sandwitch and taking a small bite.

Deomi smiled, "its okay." she asked. She noticed Jason's ex
pression and looked at the ground guiltily, then back at Jason, "do we have to go here? Sarah's still here. I can feel it, and she kind of scares me..."((I think Jason and Deomi should walk in on them making out hardcore XD  it could make for an intresting awkward moment XD))
