Jason groaned inwardly, following her. He grabbed her wrist, meaning to pull her back, or just stop her from leaving. "Deomi," he said. "don't leave."

Josh shrugged. "Perhaps he should do something unforgivable. Like, say, get caught kissing the enemy." He raised an eye brow, ignoring the hateful feeling he got just thinking about Jason's lips on Ashlee's. "Which means you. As much as I'd love to, I'm not gay, hun..."

Sarah blinked a few times, startled, and just stared into his eyes. She wasn't sure what else to do. So, like she always did, she flung herself at him, wrapping her arms around him in a vice-like hug. She buried her face in his chest, which made butterflies go wild in her stomach, and just held on, hoping she wasn't squeezing too hard. 

"Why not?" Deomi said, turning to look back at him angrily.

Ashlee picked her lips, "hmm. Good idea, but I'm a little out of practice when it comes to kissing." she said with a flitry grin, "mind giving me a little lesson?"

Liam looked down at the top of Sarah's headm slightly confused, then he hugged her back, enjoying the warm feeling in his chest, "and now that that is behind us," he said, pulling himself out of her grip, "mind coming with me to find my iPod? I kind of lost my temper this morning and left it behind along wtih my favorite jeans, which are likely ripped to shreds."

Sarah bobbed her head, shoving her hands in her pockets. There was one thing she liked about Liam the most; he was warm. He had a temperature to her. Never feeling winter, or summer, or anything else, she wanted nothing more than to just hug Liam forever. "Shame," she chirped. "iPods are pretty expensive, unless you steal them off people like I do."

Josh grinned, putting one hand under her chin, lifting her face towards his. Still sitting on the counter, Ashlee had to lean close to him. Eyes dancing, he pulled her in even closer, their lips less than a few centemeters away. "Lesson one," he purred. "Never ask for a kiss; just do it. It's an instinct." Without waiting for her to respond, he pressed his lips against hers, warmth blossoming through his chest. His other hand slid down to meet the small of her back.

"Because I don't want you to leave," Jason said. "I don't want you to go to sleep at night angry at me. I just, I can't explain it, Deomi... You stir up things inside me I'd rather leave forgotten. It's scary, but exciting all at the same time and I..." It was his turn to look away.

"In case you didn't notice, I don't have a job." Liam said, "So I don't buy anything." he shrugged, "but that iPod had some good songs on it, and I want it back." He slung an arm casually over Sarah's shoulders, "so one way or another, I'm going to get it back." he said with a grin.

Ashlee let her arms wrap around his neck, letting one hand get tangled in his hair. She was shcoked by the feeling that kissing Josh gave her, it felt good, natural. It jsut felt right.

Deomi's anger faded and she bit her lip lightly, "But you don't trust me. And that hurt. It would have probably hurt less if you would have punched me in the face." she said, looking down at the ground.

"It's not you I don't trust, Deomi. It was him; just because he was dead drunk doesn't mean he's not still trying to kill us. I get that you wanted to help him, but..." Jason let go of her wrist, making sure that he hadn't hurt her by squeezing too hard. "I don't want to see you get hurt."

Sarah felt something tighten in her chest, but said nothing about it, leaning into Liam gratefully. "Alright. Where did you explode out of your clothes, then? That would be a good place to start looking."

Josh pulled away, shoving his hands in his pockets triumphantly. A smile was on his face when he spoke. "Lesson two; pull away when it starts to get good. They'll always come back for more." Inside, he felt as if something had been set free, like he'd taken in a deep breath of air after holding his breath for three hours. Like he'd finally gotten something off his chest. It made him feel good; and he hated it.

~ Liam grinned, "that's where we're headed." He said, pointing at what remained of his clothes. The jacket was gone, but his jeans and tee shirt were still there. With a groan, he realised his iPod was gone.

~ Ashlee sighed happily, "well I guess we will have to continue these lessons later, there's so much to learn" she wondered vaguely if he had noticed her tounge ring at all(something I'm thinking about doing actually lol)) but her mind was fuzzy an the thought was distant.

Sarah frowned, think idly of her own iPod. It was hidden between her matresses at home. "We could go get another one," she suggested helpfully. "I'm sure I could persuade some dashing young man to hand over his; I've done it before."

Jason only continued to frown, unconvinced. "Maybe," he said. "We should go and get an ice cream now... Our plans keep getting inturrupted and it's driving me up a wall."

Josh grinned, pleased with the effect he was having on Ashlee. "Some other time," he said, pickin up Ashlee's half-eaten grilled cheese, and took a bite. With a wink he swallowed and explained, "That's for taking a bite out of mine~"

~Deomi nodded, "I think we should give up on ice cream, how about pizza?" She asked with a smile.

~Ashlee laughed and rolled her eyes, "you know you didn't mind sharing at all." She turned and walked into her living room, "so what's on the agenda for tonight?" She called over her shoulder.

Sarah giggled. "Hoping for a high-speed police chase?" she teased, elbowing him. She didn't watch her strength, though, remembering what Liam had told her before. 'I'm not exactly human, you know... I'm not so breakable.'

"Pizza sounds perfect," Jason said, smiling at last. His hazel eyes shimmered with their usual affection. One of these days, I'll get her out for ice cream... he though numbly. After Josh is done with his stupid plans...

Josh smiled, holding up a card for her to see as he walked into the room after her. "I've got a reservation for two at Le Révoir," he chirped, eyes seductive. "I was hoping you'd accompany me later... I've been itching to see what you'd look like in a dress, Ashlee." 

liam smirked, "I was thinking more along the lines of hitting up Walmart, but I like your idea better" he teased

Deomi debated grabbing his hand, but opted against it, "so about last night," she began, "you seemed so angry, it kind of scared me" she admitted quietly

Ashlee glanced quickly at Josh, "how much time do I have to get ready?" She asked.

 Sarah rolled her eyes. "Do you even have a car?" she asked. "Because I think the police will get a little freaked out of you just out-run them when they're driving."

Jason grimaced visably. "I was hoping you hadn't seen that," he said softly, saying nothing else on the matter. Instead he just took hold of her hand instinctually and held on. "I-I don't know why I get like that..."

"As long as you need," he said smoothly, blinking at her. "We've still got a few hours to burn." With a wink, Josh added on, "We could continue with those lessons you had in mind..." 

Liam snorted, "Do I have a car, what kind of american guy do you think I am? The more important question, do I have a LEGAL car, in which case, the answer is no."

Deomi shuddered, "it kind of reminded me of being a shifter." she tightened her grip on his hand, "Its like a white light, anger used to just blind me And I couldn't even see straight."

Ashlee laughed and sat down on her roomy, plush couch, "if that's an empty offer, I'll kill you myself

Josh took a seat next to her, draping an arm casually around her shoulders. "Hun, you should know by now that I don't bluff." He grinned, pointed teeth sparkling, blonde hair falling in front of his onyx eyes.

Jason nodded, starting to walk towards where he thought the nearest pizza shop was. "Though, I suppose you don't get the unnatural urge to rip out the throat of anything with fluffy wings, I suppose," he admitted shyly. "That's why I couldn't stay last night; it's like some long-forgotten hate clicks in and I just loose it somtimes..."

"Do you ever do anything legal?" Sarah asked, laughing. For some reason this made the idea of Liam, in general, even more appealing to her; she'd always been a sucker for bad boys, even though it probably meant she'd be dumped within a month. His arm was warm around her shoulders, making the thought seem even more tempting. 

Deomi shuddered lightly, "no but I did once attack a lady on the street for no reason. You should have seen the news reports, RABID DOG ON THE LOOSE."

Liam thought for a momen, "I pay rent, does that count?"

"Because you're as smart as you are sexy," Josh purred with no hesitation. The tone of his voice made it hard to tell if he was joking, being serious, or just flat-out lying. He moved a strand of Ashlee's hair behind her ear with gentle fingers, skin brushing against her cheek delicately. A chill ran down his spine.

"Rabid dog?" Jason said, scowling. "How can you mistake a wolf for a rabid dog? Humans these days are starting to get a bit lazy..."

Deomi laughed, "agreed. But they never did find that dog, or wolf for that matter." Her dark brown hair waved in the wind and her silver-blue eyes sparkled, and she wondered what had her so happy, besides the fact Jason was holding her hand.((brb))

 "Well my landlords' a guy, so that would be kind of wierd." Liam said with a laugh, "but I'll be sure to trythat sometime." he teased.
