Josh gritted his teeth and sat on the hopital bed while the doctor poked and prodded his hand. Finally, after what seemed like an hour, the doctor adjusted his gl*censored*es and sighed, "It seems you have a tumor. We'll have to do surgury immediately to remove it before it spreads." Josh nodded stifly, not happy with the idea of being out cold and helpless.

Alice came out of her room. And knocked on Josh's room's door. "Can I come in?," she asked...

((ah! I have an idea! rue will have a freak accident! i'm so evil...)) Rue knawed the string of the trap fray had set until it came loose and ran for it, unfortunately... right for the street... a flash of light, then it was black... Fray chased playfully after rue but stopped dead at the curb, his heart skipped a beat when he saw rue lying limp on the road... he grabbed her body gently and ran for the hospital.

Josh sat on the bed, growling quietly as the people around him strapped on masks, one holding a large needle. The one with the needle chimed, "This won't hurt a bit." He jabbed the needle into Josh's arm, and the last thing Josh could remember before p*censored*ing out was muttering, "Alice.."

Fray sat in a waiting room while rue was rushed into the ER, he waited a few minutes for the shock to go away, but all that replaced it was boredom... he began to walk into random rooms, stilently, not disturbing a single soul, until he found one with another visitor in the room with the one being operated on, he sat on the floor behind the girl and wondered what was happening.
