Silvie whipped around as she felt the pressure grip her slender limb.  Her eyes like venom as they glared toward the Gryffindor.  With a quick and agile movement, she twisted her arm and grabbed the shoulder of Jared, throwing him to the floor with a painful thump.  She withdrew her wand in several moments, "Everte Statum!" she growled with a grimace.  Fiery sparks jetting from the end of her 10inch ashwood, as her posture became strong and frightening.

Draco had not time to react, his mouth hung open as his mind began to process what was happening.

Jared hit the ground painfully, feeling bruises form where he landed... his eyes went wide as he saw the sparks explode from the end of the girl's wand, he didnt move, it hurt to move his legs due to the way he landed.  He felt the eyes of all the Slytherins around him.  The spell hit him in the chest, hieving him off the ground and being thrown at an unknown amount of force, colliding with the wall with a hideous creak, as his wrist bone shattered upon impact.  He landed in a heap on the ground and looked at the girl, he reconized her as Silvie and the boy near her as Malfoy.  His arm with the broken wrist hung limply as he grabbed his luggage with his good hand, running from the train, his body burning in pain.  He looked back to see Silvie one last time, and felt his face turn bright red.  Why?  he didnt know.  He couldnt...its impossible...could he have deeper feelings towards Silvie Elizabeth Leigh?  one of the most feared foes in the school?  He forced the thought from his mind as he made his way to the right cabin.

He returned to where Ron and the others sat, not realizing he had a bloody nose and a bruised cheek.

Draco's shocked ex
pression remained sealed on his face as an explosion of laughter rang throughout the cabin.  "What was THAT?" he mused, his eyes wide, a finger pointing towards his friend.

Silvie's breath was quickened and she sighed, "It.was.a...reflex." she responded in a bitter tone, her wand lowered as she returned it to her robes.  Her facial ex
pression gazed upond Draco, it quickly twisted into a cunning smirk.  "Perhaps we should see if Weaslebee is okay." she smiled wickedly.

Draco returned the smirk and nodded, a dark smile crossing his face.  He laughed slightly and gave Silvie a low five.   Crabbe and Goyle rising from their seats and followed the two ringleaders of their small group, they beamed at Silvie and pat her back as younger years starred in awe towards them.

Jared shook his head, trying to recall the quick face off.  "It happened in a matter of seconds." he breathed, raising his broken wrist.  He released a low sigh as he grabbed a napkin from the treat cart and held it to his nose with his good hand, luckily his nose wasnt broken. 

He was silent for several moments before telling his story.  "I was running late, and accidentilly boarded the Slytherin car.  I tripped over the foot of one of the third years and when I fell...I...I uh.  Needed support you see, unless I wanted to kiss the floor...and.." he stopped for a few moments.  Each of them hated Malfoy and Leigh already...

Hermione shook her head "who did it?" she asked

Jared swallowed.  "Silvie Leigh." he stated in a lower tone, responding to Hermione. "When I fell I grabbed her arm and she did some quick movement and I found myself thrown painfully to the ground.  Then she used the 'Everte Statum' spell, which threw me against the wall.  Breaking my wrist." he said, looking towards the ground.

He smiled at the others "thanks" he smiled for the tissues and his wrist.  He glared at his brother, and thought of Silvie's attack, his face turning a light pink.  He forced away the color.

"Hi Harry" she said smiling, her smile fadded as she looked back at Jared. Crockshanks hissed again and pawed at Hedwigs cage (Hedwig is in this Roleplay right?)

"Hi Hermione."Harry said. He put his arm around Akila's neck and led her back to her seat. Akila blushed. She liked Harry as a brother. He liked her as a sister. Nothing would ever change........ Or would it?

It was at this moment Silvie arrived in the doorway of Akila, Hermione and the others.  She glanced at all of them, "Well Then.  Don't get your panties in a twist, dear Akila." she breathed cooly, her face twisting into a taunting smirk.  Her arms crossed and her eyes scanning each of them.

Draco came beside his friend.  "Akila, where's daddy?" he said in a sarcastic and taunting tone.  He saw Jared, "Aww, did Jared need his bloody friends to help him out?  Poor baby." he continued, crabbe and goyle laughing behind the two.

"oh, so we're not so friendly today." Draco snickered, his lips twisted into a taunting grin.  "Perhaps you should learn to respect your superiors." he mused, brushed off his colar.

Silvie rolled her eyes, holding back her laughter towards Harry's gang.  "Oh nothing.  Just wanted to make sure Weaslebee was okay." she smirked, her eyes sarcastic and wicked as usual.  She put a hand on Draco's shoulder.  "It's not hard for them to learn.  I mean, dosnt Ron and Jared struggle with family funds?  How on earth did you two afford your books?"  she taunted, "And then Grangers a filthy mudblood."

Draco laughed, "Very true, well played my dear friend."
