From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He\'s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

The shock went through Lilly's body and she seemed to jolt upright before the tips of her ears and tail darkened to black instead of white. She took off her sunglasses and cast them away. She looked at Ttersh with her icy blue eyes "I have a great dislike for you." she said in a hiss, "All of you are worthless flecks of nothing in this little land for the munchkins."

Ttersh ignored Cadiak. He turned to Lilly with an even larger smile than usual. "About time Twilight! Oh, I know who you are because this little beauty here-" He held up the necklace around his neck. It was very plain with a huge purple gem. "It reads time. I only know how to do the basics but it does come in handy, no wonder there was a war over it."

(Well Megabyte the shock form SlyFoxes character sort of made Twilight mad so she decided it was her turn to take control. Ttersh was waiting for Twilight to take over and now they are having a conversation. But I jump slightly ahead of myself. Before said conversation took place Twilight scared Caidak slightly.)
