((I'm back!)) Jake, seeing that most everyone was inside, he walked over and opened the huge double doors that led into the school. He held the door open for the person behind him, Aaron, and they both went inside. Checking their schedules they went to their first period clas.ses.

Ash flew through the hall It wasnt technically against the rules, so she flew to gl*censored*, just a few inces from the ground. It was faster than walking, and fly, as I said before, feels pretty good.

(( Alright well i read this book about a girl named Paradise who had disorder issues. And when people were dead, she could like lay a hand on tht dead person, and see how they died, and their favorite memories and stuff...idk if there's a name for that, but she's just going to be able to do that cuz i cant think of anything else lol)) Paradise started walking to her first cl*censored* (i guess it could be controlling your powers). She checked the time, noticed she was going to be late if she didn't hurry. She quickly ran to the door at the end of the hall. and walked in trying to be as quiet as possible so she didn't interrupt

Ash landed outside of her first cla.ss, Herbs and Medicines. She walked in and sat down at a desk in the back corner.

Aaron and Jake both had "Controlling Your Powers" clas.s for first period so they headed off in that direction. They found the room and Jake took a seat in the back next to the window while Aaron took a seat in the back next to the fish tank. They were one of the first people here but soon the room would be filled with people who had powers.

Paradise walked through the door, looked at both Aaron and Jake, then looked around wondering if she had to sit at a certain spot. She wanted to sit in the back, as usual, but she didn't know those 2, she didn't want to just randomly sit there. So she sat 2nd to the last seat. Slid down in her chair, and studied her scedule.

The teacher walked in the room with a yard stick and a clipboard. He was a balding, middle-aged man but he seemed nice enough. "Ok." the teacher said "I'm going to call out your name and you tell me what powers you have. Jacob."
"I can control the element earth and speak to plants and animals in their language." he said hesitantly.
The teacher wrote this down and called out the next name,"Aaron."
"I can control fire and water." he replied confidently
"Paradise." he said without looking up, still jotting down stuff on his clipboard.

She flinched alittle when he said her name. Her face became red as she said "um...my parents think i..." she said. she ran her hands through her hair nervously and said "they think when i touch dead people i can...see things..." fidgeted alittle as she spoke, shaking in her knees.

She closed her eyes and tried to think. "um..it only happened once or twice but...the first time i saw memories...and the second i saw how the victum died.." To her, she sounded stupid. What if all this couldn't even happen? What if it was her imagination? What if they laughed at her?... She shook the thoughts out her mind and looked back up at the teacher.

"I heard of this before. My friend had this power..." the teacher said "Right before he died. Jason." and the list went on. Soon everyone was done stating their powers and he decided to make groups of threes. Jake, Aaron, and Paradise were paired up together so they moved their desks together in a triangle.

Paradise turned her desk around to face them, then slipped back in her seat. She ran her hands through her hair again, and noticed that, thats what she does when she's nervous. She looked at both of them again, and did a small smile, instead of saying hi.

Paradise followed "Paradise, nice to meet you to..." She looked around at the groups then said "what are we supposed to be doing anyways?" She said, sort of embarressed with how she didn't already know.

"Well at first you are supposted to get to know the others in your group and their powers. Then you help them out by practicing your powers with eachother. He is rather lazy so we have to do everything ourselves. I think he is bringing you a dead person, Paradise, that is why he left the room." Jake said, having it all figured out. He was really good at figuring things out just by people's actions.

At first, she didn't know what to say. She was going to ask How did you know all that? But decided not to bother with it. She chose to just nodded her head, and bite her lip. and say "O.. Mkay." She ran a hand through her hair, and sighed. awkward.... She thought.
