"Dang it!" she cried. She knew he hadn't had blood in a couple days, but she didn't know that he was to the brink of waking up from a coma and trying to bite her. Sara didn't have the energy to go search for an animal so when she got home, she slit her hand and drained a little of her blood into a small bottle. She knew that human blood was more nutritious than animal blood and that it only took a little. Sara gave it to the nurse and told her to give it to him when he woke up.
