The alarm went off most obnoxiously that morning, reminding the two sleeping figures that yes, today was in fact the first day of school. One of the figures reached out a small, delicate hand, smashing the ringer most indelicately. Under piles of blankets the two forms squirmed, an oddly high tenor yet obviously male voice sounding out from the longer and leaner of the two lumps. "Ignore it. It can't possibly be morning already." As if to prove him wrong the sun chose then to throw itself with unnecessary cheer across the room.

Its light revealed debri of what anyone could have guessed to have been a very rowdy party, from the empty pizza boxes to the cans of soda, complete with the tv stuck on the selection menu for the DVD of "To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything". Popcorn was tossed carelessly across the purple carpet, kittens strewn about in little furry heaps of adorable as they snoozed. One was sleeping on the chest of the male lump, and mewed indignantly when he rose. As light brown eyes scanned the room and a long, graceful hand stroked the kitten back into soft purring, the boy frowned sleepily.

"You know, in retrospect this probably wasn't the best idea, love." He kicked the other human shaped lump, which responded by groaning angrily and rolling around for a bit before sitting up. The girl rubbed the sleep crusties from her deep chocolate eyes, obviously displeased at being treated so. Thick black waves hung in tangled mas.ses around her head and shoulders, falling half way down her back. Taking a moment to collect herself she lifted the nearest kitten, a little tabby who'd been displaced by her rising. "Oh, you're probably right. But what's done is done, and we should get ready for school. Dibs on M and D's shower."

It took them about an hour to get ready, not bothering to clean up after their sleep-over. Dotia chose the days outfit with little care, a blousy, deep purple top skimming over her soft curves, effectively hiding her cleavage, while a black gypsy-skirt swished down to a few inches above her slender ankles. Aaron wore a bright purple t-shirt that read "Clarinets Kick Bras.s" and a pair of his favorite pair of darkwash skinnies, and together they headed out to the yellow '10 Camaro with black racing stripes, it's Bumblebee paintjob made even more significant by the Autobots hood ornament and the matching mark etched into the steering wheel. Ten minutes were spent in tired silence, and together they walked toward the school's entrance with feet literally dragging as they went.

Unari was asleep in his tent until his sleep was inerupted by birds singing at 6 in the morning. He wakes up a stretches yawn "looks like its finally the 1st day of school." he stands up and exits his tent and goes to the nearest pond and washes up.

He goes back to the tent and gets dressed, grabs his binder for school and walks to school and takes 30 min to get there.

"Liniste, get up now! I shouldn't have to come in here and wake you up. You're seventeen years old. So get up and get ready for school." His mother shouted, tossing the blankets off of the teen and flicking on the light. A small girl came in afterwords and jumped on the drowsy boy and he groaned. "Urgh...It can't be time for school already..." But the girl didn't leave, instead she grabbed his arm and tried pulling him off the bed. "C'mon Linni. You gotsta get ready for school now!" Cried the little girl, and Liniste rolled off the bed with a loud thump. "Ow..." he said as he sat up, "Nikoletta, go tell mum I'm going to walk today." The little girl jumped up and ran downstairs, leaving Liniste to get ready for school.

Light dimmed the room through deep purple curtains, and a sleepy figure sat up in bed looking around. She crawled out of bed, only to be tripped and scared out of her skin by her younger brother. "Good morning Kim!" Barked the brother, before laughing and running out of her room. "Oh! That's right todays the first day of school!" Kimi squealed and ran to her bathroom. She took about 45 minutes to get ready, putting on a light blue shirt that fit nearly every curve she had, and bright yellow skinnies. She grabbed her shoulder bag and ran out the door before breakfast. "Kimi! Try not to get lost on your way there please!" Shouted her father, as she ran down the street. Kimi stopped at a house and knocked continuously. Before she could continue, a boy just a bit taller than she was, wearing an orange sweater and faded black skinny jeans, had answered the door. "Kimi? What are you doing here?" he asked with a curious look on his face. She smiled and grabbed his arm, dragging him out of the house, "C'mon Liniste, don't be such a sore bottom! Ms. Costa, I'm going to drag Linni to school ta'day!" Kimi shouted, before slamming the door and running with Liniste down the street.

Liniste frowned, "Kimi, I didn't even get to grab my bag..." he pouted, but was brought into a suffocating hug. The teen girl giggled. "You worry way too much Linni! I'm sure you only need your books, and you get those at the beginning of clas.s." Kimi continued to hug Liniste into her orbs until he pulled away for a breath. Liniste brushed a strand of hair out of his face and sighed, "Yeah but still." he said, as they both walked up to a large building. "I guess we'd better wait out here. It do-" Kimi cut him off, "Why? We can just go in right?" she said, putting a finger on her chin. "Not yet, because we're still a bit early. Why don't we just wait over there..?" Liniste stated, while pointing at a bench. Kimi looked around at all the other kids that were gathered around at the entrance by the stairs. Liniste had already walked over to the bench and sat down, giving a yawn and Kimi ran over to sit beside him. "Why are you so tired?" She asked, before Liniste looked at her with a tired face. "Why are you so hyper?" Both of them laughed and continued to chat on while they waited for the bell to ring.

Zaccaria woke up drowsily to see that it was around 6:30. He rubbed his head with a sigh as he got out of his bed and walked into the kitchen. He began to start breakfast and once done, quickly made his way towards Linska's room. He banged on the door "Get up!" he said as he opened the door, knowing that Linska wouldn't listen or move. He sighed and grabbed the covers and pulled them off of Linska, who did nothing about it. Zaccaria slid a hand under Linska's legs and another under his back, a bit bridal style. He picked him up and carried him into the middle of the room. He then dropped him and walked off with a sigh.

Linska woke up how he always did, with a bang and a sore back from the small drop that he recieved every mornning. He rubbed his back as he stood up and followed Zaccaria into the kitchen, they both grabbed their plates and sat down. Once done eating, with no conversation as always, they both got up and went to change. Linska decided to wear his fur lined jacket that he always wore along with a normal shirt a jeans. Zaccaria on the other hand wore a black button down shirt, with about 3 buttons open near his neck with some dark jeans. Zaccaria's closet was full of nice dress shirts and pants and other things that he wore a lot. He would only cook in something that he liked, or in  something less poor-looking. They both grabbed their bags and left, walking out of the apartment and walking towards the school-yard. They didn't have enough money to aford a car, let alone a house, though they didn't mind it much. They walked in silence, something Zaccaria was used to though Linska didn't like it too much.
