Reu: Okay, cool, lol. What if someone was an investigator and was suspicious of the surgeon and that surgeon going on a killing spree of his patients but as things progress the investigator falls for the surgeon who actually wants to rip that person guts out and paint the walls with them? XD

Matt: Aye, I had a similar idea, my guy sorta does something to pose as a patient in order to comfirm that he's a killer and possibly makes it his aim to take him out?
