Kasey was crouching next to Paige on a thick tree branch on the edge of a field. Kasey aimed his hand gun at some of the closer Germans taking them out one at a time as Paige took out multiple Germans at a time that were farther away with her submachiene gun.
"I still don't get why you get to use the bigger gun." Kasey said as he looked over at his cousin for a moment.
"Well 1. I know how to use it. And 2. I'm the one who stole it." Paige said simply while keeping her eyes on the feild as she kept her finger down on the trigger. They both stopped shooting one all the Germans had droped dead in the field staining most of it red with their blood.
"Oh how I love the smell of fearfull Nazi's in the morning." Paige chuckled at her joke some as she slung her PPS over her shoulder and jumped down from the tree followed by Kasey.

Paige saw grass moving in the field again and raised her gun aiming in front of the swaying blades through the sight on the top of the PPS, "Hold fire." Kasey whispered as he put a hand on Paige's shoulder. He didn't see a head above the grass, "I think it's a kid." He murmured next. Paige lowered her gun as Kasey stepped a few feet into the tall grass and saw that it was around his shoulder which pretty much confirmed his theory that the thing running through the grass was a child.
The swaying grass which the running shild made behind it was coming straight towards Kasey. He reached out with one arm and caught the kid bringing it out with a tight grip on it's shoulder.
"See I knew it was a kid." Kasey said triumfantly to Paige.
Paige looked at the kid and could tell immediatly by how she looked that she was a Jew, "I guess we bring her to the docks then and ship her off with the rest then right?" Paige said finally sliging her gun over her shoulder.

"Your too young to." Paige said looking the girl up and down with a dissaproving look, "Come back in a couple years, I'm sure there'll be plenty more Nazi's to kill then too." She turned around and started walking in the dense forest which her and Kasey had come from which also led to the secret dock which is where people like her and Kasey brought Jewish woman and children so they could go to Switzerland to be safer.
Kasey looked down at the girl and noticed her gritting her teeth and let go of her shoulder also seeing some blood coming from it, "Sorry kid but it's not safe here." He said much more kindly than his cusin.

Paige glared up at the girl before easily flipping the small girl over so that she was on top her knees pinning back the girl arms. She knocked the crowbar from her hands and aimed her gun at the girls forehead.
"My job maybe to kill the Germans and get kids like you to the ships safely but I'm sure they wouldn't notice one little girl around your age missing." She said through gritted teeth.
Kasey stood up and easily lifted Paige up and off the girl by the back of her jacket and set her down a few feet away from the girl putting himself bewteen them like a barrier, "Now both of you shut up!" He yelled looking at bot of them before continueing, "Now you will be going to the ships and there will be no if's, and's or but's about it. And she will get there alive in the same condition as she is in now." He said a bit quieter. Paige was glaring past Kasey at the girl as she stood up dusting her self off.

Kathleen grabbed her crowbar and sheathed it in her secret pocket before running fast as she could past the and climbing up the tree and stopping when she saw some germans coming. She motiond for Paige and Kasey to come up and look urgently.
