Dinka smiled. Isn't life a big mystery? He asked as he watched Liam put the shirt on. Dinka walked over to where the cafeteria was. He smiled as the scent of warm spaghetti filled his nose. Italian food is one of his favorite kinds, so he happily started to help himself to spaghetti. He sat next to Liam, whuch was across Alexia. He smiled warmly to her.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." He said, motioning towards her plate. He chuckled as Liam devoured a helping of spaghetti. Dinka stabbed a meatball with his fork (they are his favorite part) and took a bite. He dabbed some sauce with his finger and dabbed Liam's nose, laughing to himself. He winked at Alexia. He felt so much more at ease now. He had friends, very kind friends and he no longer felt alone.

         Alexia giggled as she saw Dinka dab sauce on Liam's nose, Liam instintly glared at Dinka, with a smile on his face of course, then noticed him wink at her, making her smile as well. Before I came here, I would have never have guessed I would make friends this fast. She thought, finishing her food even though she had a bit left.

        Liam jokingly glarred at Dinka, smiling a second later. " Your lucky I like spaghetti." Liam did the same to Dinka, placing a dab of sauce on his nose as well, and proceeded to take another bite of his food that was already almost done. "Hey Alexia, are you done with that?" Alexia laughed. "Sure, here." She slid the plate over to Liam, a smile appeared on his face a moment later. "You still have sauce on your nose you know?" Liam shrugged as he kept eating.

        Liam was just about to take one of the meatballs until Dinka 'stole' it. "Hey, I can always burn off those calories later when I work out you know." He said in more of a statement then a comment. He was caught off gaurd when Dinka took the sauce off his nose, making him blush....but only barely, something he rarely ever does. Why does he do this to me? he thought, catching a glimpse of Dinka in the corner of his eye which made him smile.

        Alexia grabbed her plate, and walked over to the front of the small cafateria to hand in the plate for them to clean. "Thank you." She said politely as the chef who took it fermly from her hands. She walked back over to the table and waited for the guys to finish, and by the looks of it, they were pretty close to done.

Dinka ate the rest of his meatball happily, then moving on to the stolen one. He ate a little more spaghetti, leaving about a quarter because he filled himself up on meatballs. He got up, trotting over to where Alexia had just been. He gave the plate to the chef, feeling a little sheepish as he didn't finish all of it. "It was really, good. Sorry I couldn't finish it." He said apologetically. The chef looked at him indifferently, probably because many other kids didn't even touch the spaghetti. But she did grunt in reply, which Dinka hopped it was a good sort of grunt.

He turned to where Alexia was waiting for Liam. Don't tell me he got another plate or something. He thought with amusement. As he walked over to where they were, he gave a content sigh. "Those were the best meatballs I've ever had." He said contently, smilling at Alexia.

        Liam walked up to the front, his plate seemed as though food wasn't even served on it in the first place. "Heh, thanks, you make great food." He mentally contemplated if he should have another plate but went against it, he was pretty full, and the extra calories would just do more harm then anything else. He turned and proceeded to the table where Dinka and Alexia were sitting at.

        Alexia giggled and nodded, "Yeah, I have to admit, they were really good." She looked around the lodge and remembered it was the guys lodge that she was in. She sighed aloud and looked up at Dinka. "I have to go, I can't stay in here or I could get into trouble." She then looked to where the doors were and looked back at Dinka. "Mabye I should see my dragon egg, I kinda miss it." Alexia layed her head on the table, waiting for Liam to show up so she could tell him too.

        " That was good." Alexia turned slightly to see exactly who she was waiting for. "Oh hey Liam, uhh, I have to leave, I can only be here for eating...I think. I'm going to check on my egg, mabye we can hang out a little more later before we go to bed?" She prayed in her head that either would agree, she didn't want to be alone, she couldn't bear it.

Dinka smiled, swinging his legs. "Okay. I'll see you tomorrow and we'll watch your egg hatch together." He said, smilling as he was in a good mood. He had a content and happy tummy and had relaxed. He turned to Liam, who was coming back. He turned around to look at Alexia, who had requested to hang out with Liam before they went to bed. He felt a bit taken back as she didn't ask him to come.

"I-I'll catch you guys later, then.." He said, turning to Liam. "I'll probably be asleep by the time you get back so, um.. goodnight!" He said, going up on his tiptoes and pecking Liam quickly on the cheek. He blushed and waved at Alexia and hurried away from where they were, not wanting to wait for their reaction. He ran into the cabin where several boys where already sleeping. Some where awake and others where staring at the ceiling or conversing quietly.

He looked down, feeling embarr*censored*ed. He made his way threw some of the boys standing in the way. "Excuse me.. uh.. excuse me." He said, making his way to his bed. He cowered behind his bed to change into his pajamas which was really a black tank top with a yellow star in the middle ( his favorite design) and his boxers. He plopped down on his bed but couldn't sleep. He bit his lower lip. Today was crazy.. a lot happened. I met Liam and Alexia, got a dragon egg and.. it was the best day of my life. I really like Liam.. he's really cool and sweet. Alexia is nice too. She's a little quiet like me, and I guess Liam's like our leader. He smiled to himself. I wonder is Liam likes me like I like him. He remembered Liam and Alexia's moments that day. His smile faltered. Probably not. I can see the way him and Alexia are. But that's okay. The important thing is that we're all together.

        Liam was just about to ask if Dinka could come with them until he spoke first, saying he was going to bed. Once again, Liam was cut off from speech when Dinka gave him a small yet very meaningful peck on his cheek, causing Liam's face turn red. Alexia giggled and looked and Liam's face. "W-what?" he asked, Alexia shook her head. "Oh nothing, come on, we can see our egg's before heading off to bed." Liam nodded, still in partial shock 

        Both walked outside, the night silently creeping onto the field. "Are we aloud out here at this time?" Alexia shrugged, opening the door's to the nursery. "Okay, just one minute." Liam nodded and walked over to his egg, kneeling so that he was at eye level with it. "I can't believe I'm going to have a dragon tomorrow." Liam said to himself. "I know, it feels so surreal." he sighed and stood up. "I should go to bed, you too, we have a long day tomorrow." Liam cracked his back and rolled his shoulders, trying to take all strain off of his body.

        "Yeah, your right, well, I'll cya tomorrow, goodnight, and thanks for being so nice to me today." Liam shrugged. "It was no big deal, night Alexia." She smiled and gave him a slight wave before heading to her lodge. Liam looked at his egg one last time, and walked back to his room.

        After finally entering the quiet lodge, Liam sneeked upstairs, trying not to make too much noise. He went under his bed and took out his suitcase, pulling out a pair of boxers, and a towel. He slipped it back under his bed and glanced over at where Dinka was sleeping, not sure if he was awake or not. Liam stood up and proceeded to walk to the washroom, taking a quick shower to refresh himslef. When he was done, he dried himself off and put a towel around his waist, looking in the mirror a moment later. Hmmmm he poked his stomach. Mabye I should lay off the food tomorrow.He randomly thought while starring at himsef for a little while.

       Liam then put his boxers on, it had a blue plaid desighn, one of his favourite one's actually. Once again he quietly walked into his room, putting his clothes and towel in a corner for him to clean tomorrow. He then noticed the shirt from earlier, still resting on his bed. Liam smiled and carefully put the shirt in the pile that he had already made. After a quick stretch, Liam layed down in his bed, closing his eyes a moment later. "Goodnight Dinka." he wispered, not sure if he was awake or not, but thought he would try. He sighed and tried to fall asleep, but found it hard, the only thing keeping him awake was the thought of the person laying across from him. Once more, Liam attemted to sleep, but found it hard, so he decided to take out his IpodTouch his parents had bought him before he left. Mabye this will help me sleep.

Dinka felt the warmth of the sun on his face. He opened his eye, stretching and yawning. He smiled. "Today will be a good day." He said out loud. He quickly covered his mouth and looked around, hoping he hadn't woken anyone up. But as he looked around, he froze. Everyone was gone. He whiped his head around only to see Liam snoring in his bed.

Where is everyone?! Why is only me and Liam lef- Suddenly, Dinka jumped out of bed, running into Liam's bed and jumping on his. "Liam! Liam! We overslept! Everyone's watching the eggs hatch!" He yelled, going back to his bed and pulling some black skinnies on. He threw on his jacket and zipped it up. "Hurry! What if our eggs hatched! We have to skip breakfast and find Alexia!" He had never been a morning person, but you couldn't tell by the way he was bounding about.

(( OH MY GOSH, that's so awesomly creepy. And yes Dartmith, you can join. :D And you should prob start already there with an egg cause every student has one. Mabye just introduce it with your egg hatching, then seeing our character's.Something like that :)  ))

        Alexia hugged herself as the cold air swept across her skin. Where are the guy's? She kept thinking, still half asleep from a few minutes ago. She was standing in the nursery, looking at all the others smiling as their egg's hatched. So far, only four dragons had hatched, looking pretty big, bigger then she had thought, and Liam's and Dinka's were in tact, including hers...for now. Come on guys, hurry up.... she started to get fidgety as the time went by.

       Liam swatted at Dinka, feeling exhausted from going to bed late last night. "I'm too tired, I don't wa-." Liam flew up from his bed. "WHAT? Already?" He stood up, putting on jeans and a random blank t-shirt that he had from under his bed. He grabbed his cap and put it on his head, followed by his necklace. " I'm ready, come on." Both rushed out the door, Liam nearly tripping over his own un-tied shoe lace as he ran. "Stupid laces." he scolded, trying to keep at good pace with Dinka.

Paig stands there in front of her egg her navy coat wrapped tightly around her body, her chin to her chest trying to keep her nose warm and her hands deep into her pockets. She watches the dark gray egg with bloches of black on it. It hadn't even budged since she got there, she was begining to think it was dead but she continued staring at it. She began to sway to get her blood moving. "Stupid morning" she mumbled.
