Plot~

Ashburry, a hybrid boarding school, is trying a new experiment. They are taking a handfull of humans into the school. For a week, the humans will live among the hybrids and get to know them. Then, scientists will insert animal genes into the human's blood stream. This will, hoepfully, result in new hybrids for the school. The humans will be paired with other hybrids befoe they are changed. How will this new experiment turn out?

The moon had just risen above the tops of the trees outside of Ashburry. Nestled in the crook of two moutains where a thick pine forest grew, the large boarding school had always remained unknown to the humans. Now, though, humans were to be brought into the school. Fox blinked the half sleep form her crimson eyes and stood, stretching, her silver tail straight out behind her. She flicked her ears back and yawned, exposing her sharp set of wolf's fangs. Her feet found thier own way into the North Lounge where the black curtains had been pulled back to reveal and almost full moon. Tonight the humans would arrive. Fox glanced down at her clothes. Black jeans, dark red tank. Nothing too showy, she hoped.

Cloud's blue eyes snapped open. They fixed on a small rabbit; his stomach reminded him he hadn't eaten since last night. Narrowing his eyes a bit the owl launched himself from the branch he was sitting on, quickly and silently snatching up the small creature. Within seconds it was dead, and within minutes he was cooking it over a fire. He pushed his long blond bangs from his face, continuing to move his hand back to rub the shorter hair on the back of his head.
They claimed they gave him that haircut because he looked best with it. He didn't argue. His shy nature prevented him from commenting, but he'd come to accept the fact that it actually did look best on him.

Whatever. He was soon walking in to the North lounge, as it was closest, unbothered by the fact he wore only pants. He'd large wings, after all, and he secretly liked exposing his built torso. To him, it was a symbol of how good he'd been his entire life. He stopped upon seeing Fox, looking as shy as ever. He'd been built for battle and fighting, yet here he was almost afraid to talk to others...

[I'll explain a lot more about him as we rp. He's a fairly intricate person with an interesting background, if you'll let me use what I normally do. :)]

(Hurry back Scourge! Spiked-I created a book character called Dante and his brother Lucca. Both names italian. It was...Dante and Lucca De'Carlo I believe. ^_^)

Fox started at the sound of Cloud approaching. Without thinking, she whirlled around from facing with her back to the door until she was facing Cloud. She had sunk into a defensive stance, her teeth half barred in a snarl before she realized it was another student. She straightend immeadiatly, flicking back one of her ears apologeticly.

Reverend looked up as another kid had walked in, he hadn't noticed Fox, as she was very quiet about entering, but he had heard Cloud's feathers rustling, and he looked up him. He was chewing on a candy bar he 'borrowed' from a vending machine. He waved once to the others.

Scourge was sitting on top of the school building. Her claws were digging into the side so she could keep her balance. She stretched her wings, and opened her jaws in a m*censored*ive yawn, which half turned into a roar. She glanced around, her slits of eyes darting around tirelessly. She hadn't gotten any sleep the night before, but was always alert, she needed to be.

(Lolz, nice. I used to do that all the time. Tik Tok on the clock...)

(BUMP)

Scourge turned her head at a voice. 'when do the humans arrive?' she snarled. Like we need humans here... i'd be surprised if they don't get eaten in a day She sneered through her head.

Reverend turned and looked at Cloud again, and he shrugged. "Who knows... I know i don't." He said (fail)

Fox's ears pricked at the distant sound of tires hitting rough rock. She turned her head the gaze out the windows. "I would guess that is them. I'm going to welcome them. Come or not." She said, smiling wickedly before bolting out into the hallway then out the wide double doors at the entrance of the school. As soon as the fresh night air hit her face, she dropped onto four paws. He wolf body slid litely between the thick pine trunks untill she caught up with the van that had the smell of humans thick around it. She twisted, running sidelong before her paws felt the gravel of the half-driveway and she was sprinting beside the van. Excited human voices hung in the air as they noticed her.

"Is it a hybrid?" Most of the voices chimed together.
